- We've finally managed to get our hands on these two accessories for our campervan, giving greater wind and rain protection when using our roll out side awning.
As you will see in the videos they can be setup quickly and easily and provide great privacy and protection.
The kador strip sizes are 5mm and 7mm on the Tarp and this can also be used on the other side of the van, slotting straight in to a standard VW California rail too, using both together - see this video here: • Outwell Camper Hillcre...

Some possiblity to close open corners would be great

Good video, only just found out about these, yes agreed drive away awnings are a right faff when the novity wares off,, am doing the Nc 500 in Aug, only just recently fitted a pop top in our van especially for the trip.........somehow Managed without one for years,, this looks like a must have for Scotland though, really compliments the wind out awnings
It's uncanny that Outwell have now brought these to the market, I designed & made some of these zip in sides out of Ripstop fabric over 3 years ago for my rollout awning and was only thinking this week I really need to make a front one but with a door access. Work really well for a quick 1 or 2 night setup, especially if the weather is ok, wouldn't use them in really windy conditions though has the sides are like sails. Thank you for the upload, review.
Thanks for the comment - well, if you made some right now you'd get a lot of orders I'd think, given that these now seem to be totally sold out everywhere until 2022 !!
We got these a few months ago - really love them for sun/wind/rain cover and best of all PRIVACY! I did share photos on one of the Facebook groups so maybe you saw my pictures?!

Thanks for the video. END panels! They are excellent. I bought something similar from a company in Wales for the long SIDE, only cheaper and colour matched to our blue van (well almost) and I made one for the end with a £6 ground sheet and some ball bungees. I like your videos because you are human, ie "that's not going to work' or "I'm not looking forward to this" and "it's not right". (LOL) etc.
Thank you - we try to be honest and if something is just 'okay' we try to be honest about it. We do get stuff to review (like the new Benq projector we did recently) and it will suit some people, but in the video we said we'd be sending it back and keeping with our Nebula Capsule Max - and that's the truth. It's smaller, less bright but does the job perfectly for us.

Just watched your video, only just managed to get both kits one from eBay and one from Amazon. As you mentioned like to gold dust to get hold of. Looking forward to trying them out when we get it looks brilliant.

It does look like you could use all 3 at the same time. I appreciate that there is no door, but assume it's easy enough to squeeze through the gaps? Thoughts? Is it a definite "no no"?
Yes you can use all three at once and you can just adjust how much of a gap you leave yourself to get through. It’s not perfectly sealed obviously but it would certainly work 👍
Not very suitable though if you want to drive away. But good idea though if you're not intending to drive away
