THE RULE SAYS "AT A CLOSE RANGE/and at the inner most Lane YOU CANNOT OVERTAKE FROM LEFT SIDE. & WHEN TWO COLLIDES, A PERSON FROM THE BACK IS DISADVANTAGED AND THE PERSON INFRONT IS SAFE Eg like in football and in vehicle traffic rules... The only reason why she was rewarded back his medals is because the opponent worn eg in football there's no reason for penalty when the victim is down and the ball is already in the net. Remember some penalties only attract yellow but not necessarily red card...AM A KENYAN TEACHER IN RUARAKA I KNOW YES IT WAS WRONG BUT SHE DIDN'T NOT DESERVE DISQUALIFICATION. THANK THEY REALIZED
