For the people that are confused for No.184, you can find the 4th hydro eidolon on the waterfall rocks. It’s disguised as a barrel and you can use the 4 leaf sigils to swing up
For those people with 313 after using the gadget, you are probably missing the southwest desert area world quest and the last curios quest given by Idyia after completing the main quest line

Swing with those two things and you will find a barrel on the small ledge in the middle of the waterfall , interact with it and a hydro eidolon will pop up. Just follow it and you will get your chest.

opening up chests do give additional primogems too~ voucher boxes are probably not that important anymore beyond 270 but some prefer to collect everything for the sake of 100% completion :D

@@L1ndaa. The 4th hydro eidolon is on the rocks of the waterfall, it’s disguised as a barrel. You can use the 4 leaf sigils (dendro vines) to swing up to the rocks
