you just blew my mind with how simple the process is wow!! I always though of vfx animation in spin so complicating but now i think i have more confident to make one too thank you so much i hope to more of your videos its super helpful and you explain it so well
I HAVE ONLY BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO FOR 2 FREAKING YEARS! 🤣 Good job Cyd. I feel like I really grasp the concepts now. Idky I find tutorials so hard to follow.
I really love your tutorial style. Your videos are great. I am wondering if you have the spine file for this tutorial. I am very new to spine and graphics. I am a software developer. I am trying to create a burst effect similar to time index 1:37 lower right of your video. I am trying to have a burst effect that starts at the center and fades away as it gets bigger. I can do it in code but I really want to learn how to do it in spine. Any advice would be grateful.
Hi! Glad you liked the video! The star burst you're referring to uses the same exact process as the fire I explain in the first minute of the video, the only things I did different was putting the bones in the center of art instead of the bottom like the fire, rotating the images for variety, and changing the color of each image. I added the Spine file here if you want to look at it! It's not very clean, but should be enough to help get you started. drive.google.com/drive/folders/1gvVW6XDxsFLHv_R82MJL5nlyNxRagahN?usp=sharing

A wonderful lesson. A very versatile method! And how to make the fire go out slowly? After all, the alpha channel is already recorded on the timeline.
write that DOWN WRITE THAT DOWN!!!
I really love your tutorial style!
It's much more approachable, fun and understandable than the mainstream tutorials!
Thanks!
Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad to hear my style is working!
@@Anipalooza yes, I really appreciate the light hearted style!
