- In this video, I show how to Install the complete fuel system. We install the Moeller 22 Gallon Fuel Tank, the Yamaha Fuel Pipe" (as they call it) and a Sierra Fuel filter / Water separator and housing.
I used the Moeller #031626 22 Gallon Topside Fuel Tank on this Boston Whaler Montauk Restoration. This fuel tank is specially made to fit under the Classic Montauk RPS seat.

gday mate i use teflon tape on my fittings as well never had a problem as you say if you use some of the sealant over time they will go hard and crack
Same, Have never had an issue. I suppose if you are not careful putting the tape on and have overhand it could become an issue.
Where do you get the stainless screws and washers great job love your work
Locally through Ace hardware, but most of the time I source them from online from different places.
