  • Fyodor Dostoevsky, Leo Tolstoy, and Anton Chekhov: Russian literature boasts some of the most significant fiction writers of the 19th and 20th centuries. What can these and other great Russian writers teach us about the human condition? How can their explorations of good and evil, tradition and revolution, empathy and tyranny, and war and peace guide us in the 21st century?
Join us for the third lecture in the American Dream Lecture Series as Northwestern University’s Gary Saul Morson speaks about the enduring relevance of great Russian literature, followed by a conversation with AEI’s M. Anthony Mills.
