what masking tape are you using? I have a silhouette portrait 3 and I always have problems when cutting different kind of masking tapes, making it almost impossible for me to get that level of detail when cutting out logos. not sure if you have done it before, but your cutting plotter can also work for diffusers, canards, custom grilles, and the list goes on and on!
