Just came back after listening to all the chapters again, and man, this project was so much fun to be a part of. Something Sweet to Bite is one of my favorite mlp fics (and one of the first I read too) so me playing the Candy Mare in this is just so cool and, reading the comments, people seem to really like my performance as the Candy Mare, and bro that just means the absolute world to me quq (not to mention my voice acting is something I can get really insecure about so seeing all the positive reactions, even tho its been awhile, just makes me really happy fdshjgks) This project was so cool. all the VAs and artists are so incredibly talented and with Scribblers narration it's all just so hecking good and it came together so nicely. I'm really proud of this project and that I was able to be a part of it o7

I hope that this is a precursor to possible more Candy Mare action in the future, because my god do I love Knackerman's work with the Candy Mare Saga. Especially what they did with Equrestria Girls.
Candymare...now there's a name that I haven't heard in a while. Oh, how I've waited so long to see her again...to feel her bring fear into my heart and soul. To haunt my dreams with undead candy creatures and gore and see that horrid, candy corned smile, waiting in the midst of it all. "Nightmare Night, what a fright!" indeed...Now let's start from the beginning and head towards Home Sweet Home.
The candymare something so sweet and yet a thing of pure evil. I think what makes the candymare so evil and terrifying is that she is a lot like Freddy Kruger. She takes an absolute sick pleasure in causing as much pain and terror in her victims as possible. When she comfort the old mare you get the sense that she is without remorse or care. She knows exactly what she is doing. She also kills children which like Freddy, makes her one of the worst abominations in all of fiction.
Don't forget she's a child who was experimented and(SPOILERS FOR THE CANDY MARE) had her own father fed to her AS ANOTHER EXPERIMENT, by a VERY messed up in the head unicorn.
Mine's Rainbow Factory Dash. Second is Twilight Sparkle from the fanfic _Pages Of Harmony._ Third would _probably_ be Cupcakes Pinkie Pie, if nothing else. But this is _definitely_ deserving of fourth place, for _sure._ :3.

As the cold winter wind whistles outside the window of the room I where I sit, lit by the glow of fairy lights twinkling on the tree, I can't help but grin from ear to ear as I listen to this fantastic audio drama! The detail and professionalism that went into this production is staggering, and kudos to all involved! The artwork is especially impressive and really helps to set the scene for the goosebump inducing performances. Magnificent work Scribbler! A special acknowledgement to Cloud9 as well who did a magnificent job conveying the pathos (and growing madness) of Strawberry Patch, though all of the voice actors did marvelous work. It warms my dark little heart, and though I am all too familiar with the story and its twists and turns I can't wait to see how it will all be brought to twisted life in the episodes to come.
I took the liberty to read your fanfic for myself, and may I say, you're an amazing writer! This was the first time I'd heard of 'The Candy Mare' and her story, so I was most definitely intrigued.

It wasn’t the filly’s fault, it was the mother’s fault for influencing her making her think every bad things was because of unicorns and Pegasus, and it was the unicorn who did tests on her and making her in to the candy mare yet, That only hardened her hate for unicorns.

Bruh mlp can be so dark behind scenes. And the winters are so hard on them. The narrators of this are doing AMAZING, the discription is sooo specific that I can imagine it like as if I'm watching it on TV (which I'm basically am but on my tab). To which we have finally know what the CandyMare's real name when she was alive- holly frick the SSTB story is all starting to come together now, from the mother's perspective to Hansel and Gretel's perspectives and- AH I LOVE THIS!

Honestly...I don't know what to say about this other than that it's a great first chapter to reintroduce the ever terrifying candymare. Favorite parts are the mother's journal and - of course- the candymare's introduction and kill scene. The author did a FANTASTIC job at writing those two parts. Also the artist who did the gore art, it was the finest gore I have ever seen. VA's did a great job, best performance so far in my opinion is the mother. Fun Fact: A horses diet leans more towards being an opportunistic omnivore, as they've been seen consuming small birds such as chicks without problem. This also goes for a LOT of other "herbivores" as well, such as cows, deer and even tortoises.

Here is a list of characters whom i think are either capable of defeating, or are a challenge for the Candy Mare and why 1.The Abrahamic God Reason: pretty obvious since he is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent so its pretty much impossible for Candy to even lay a scratch on him) 2.SCP-682: The Hard to Destroy Reptile Reason: remember when The Foundation tried to kill him with SCP-536 which is able to change the laws of physics only for him to adapt to the new laws of physics. If his adaptability is able to go as far as new laws of physics, I don't see why he shouldn't be 3.Saitama Reason: He just has to do a super-serious punch, and watch her fly. 4.SCP-096: The Shy Guy Reason: I kind of think that if he got infected, his bones will still be intact and he will keep ripping her apart and leaving no trace of her. 5.SCP-073: Cain Reason: His document says that any damage dealt to him is reflected back at his attacker and it includes anything indirect so he is automatically immune to the candy curse and lets not forget that any soil grown life and anything made from soil grown life disintegrates and a lot of ingredients in candy are made from plants so he just has to touch her and no more candy mare. CHANGE MY MIND, I DARE YOU TO.
I agree with you on everything except for the shy guy, because tearing her into tiny pieces makes everything worse, and can you even rip off candy? Because nothing really is destroyed, sure the pieces are as small as a Grian of sand but it's still there, you can visibly see it, you can touch it, but you can't destroy it because it's dense and small. Now I'm imagining him trying to destroy a molecule because it technically counts as a cursed part of the candymare

True. If an animal can't find their ideal food source, they have no choice but to go for other sources of energy. Though, because of how their digestive system works and the shape of their teeth, it's quite rare to see an animal like a cow or horse or deer eating meat by choice (if they aren't sick, if they have plenty of healthy food and aren't starving, etc.) But it's true occasionally an herbivores will eat a small animal. Reports of horses eating baby birds have mostly been by accident though. Horses unfortunately aren't the smartest

1.The Abrahamic God
Reason: pretty obvious since he is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent so its pretty much impossible for Candy to even lay a scratch on him)
2.SCP-682: The Hard to Destroy Reptile
Reason: remember when The Foundation tried to kill him with SCP-536 which is able to change the laws of physics only for him to adapt to the new laws of physics. If his adaptability is able to go as far as new laws of physics, I don't see why he shouldn't be 3.Saitama
Reason: He just has to do a super-serious punch, and watch her fly.
4.SCP-096: The Shy Guy
Reason: I kind of think that if he got infected, his bones will still be intact and he will keep ripping her apart and leaving no trace of her.
5.SCP-073: Cain
Reason: His document says that any damage dealt to him is reflected back at his attacker and it includes anything indirect so he is automatically immune to the candy curse and lets not forget that any soil grown life and anything made from soil grown life disintegrates and a lot of ingredients in candy are made from plants so he just has to touch her and no more candy mare.

I agree with you on everything except for the shy guy, because tearing her into tiny pieces makes everything worse, and can you even rip off candy? Because nothing really is destroyed, sure the pieces are as small as a Grian of sand but it's still there, you can visibly see it, you can touch it, but you can't destroy it because it's dense and small. Now I'm imagining him trying to destroy a molecule because it technically counts as a cursed part of the candymare
