Jared this was a great van tour; you let her do her thing and she did it very well. I could actually see myself traveling in this van. the gals ideas were great and the builder was able to make any and all changes/builds they wanted/needed. 😊❤😊
That is a great van. Love the ceiling. That ironing board would be great for people who work like nurses or in office buildings. Definitely a first. So many fun features. Client was a hoot.
That van is fabulous! Love that blue pine timber. The ironing board made me jealous (sewing girly here 🙋🏼♀️) the covers for the kitchen shelves were genius, they look so tidy. The only nit i can pick, is i would want a window. But that’s neither here nor there, i don’t need to be stealth.
I love that she did her own tour. And all those custom details were such a great review for Mark. And I love how close she is with her sister and they took care of their Mom ❤
Nice van! Fellow pharmacist and I too want to travel when retire in a van. Love the size and flexibility. Trying to get my hubby enthusiastic about it too!! Happy and safe travels!!
All I can say is that I love it! The more planning the better. Figure out what type of traveling you want to do, what type of things do you want to see and do. How much traveling per year, off grid or rv parks. RVs are an expensive investment. I’d suggest you rent and do several trips (may have to rent different types class C, class B van, etc to help you figure out what type fits your budget, type of travel etc). Happy travels!!
I was wondering what happened to Sarah because she hasn't been uploading anything. She just poof disappeared and now she's on your channel. Phew, good, she's safe. :)
Jarrod, you and Sarah should build a better van and one up the old phamacy lady (no offense), since Jaarod has quite abit of experience of building tiny houses. :)
I think that is a pretty weird layout for two older ladies… why not have 2 twin beds in the back that double as a dinette? if you make the beds wide enough you don’t have to convert them from day to night and you can enjoy the space all the time. I would only recommend a fix large bed to people who want to sleep together and/or need the tall garage space. Otherwise there are other ways to create storage in a van such as having cabinets all around including above the back doors
i dunno, i had a dorm room laid out like that in college, 2 twin beds with barely enough room to walk between them. and sleeping like that just feels cramped if youre not trying to share a bed with the other person. this layout gives better personal space in my opinion, its probably comfier especially for the long term.
We were able to put in 32 inch beds this way and still have the ability to walk around. This arrangement also provides each of us a little bit of our own space. We can actually open up the freezer and refrigerator when my sister’s bed is down and can use it as a sitting area also
Nice unique layout, but this doesnt look nicely finished woodwork compared to previous nomadik vans. I saw some crude finishes in some areas. Hopefully this is not as expensive as the others as the materials used doesnt look first rate😅
Her laugh is wonderful ❤

Kudos to the owner for knowing their van.
The fold up cubby cover. Great idea. Love the idea of using the Sleep number bladders. 😊

That's a great van. Nomadik always impresses. & She is freaking adorable! I bet they have so much fun.
This build is so good. She was awesome.
the handles for the cabinets up top are the cut out of the finger holes for the bottom drawers? genius!!
Love the ceiling
I love the wood inside. Your van is beautiful.

Great build. Truly a collaborative effort.
Love your tours Jarrod! they were a huge source of inspiration for my van build 3 years ago!
I'm a fan. Good people good crafting.
Such a fun tour.
I need to add that moon on my biffy box!
Great video!!
Great van, great tour.

@@janiceroe3591 thanks so much for the advice. Rental first is good plan!
The rear dual wheels would help support the weight of the vans timber trimmings .
She's a Classic.
Clear ceramic tint on windshield and door windows will help regulate temp, provide uv and rock chip protection.
I do have the ceramic clear tint and it does help. I did get a rock chip recently which was easily repaired.
Another fun one, JT! 👻

She’s been editing all my tour videos 😅 but she will be coming back soon, don’t worry
marc is soo awesome ❤🎉
It is so less space inside, i would feel crowded😮
Consider using manual exposure
Excellent job shamblin 😮
How are things?- outstanding upload- ✨
I love her purple blouse. Where did you get it? What brand?
Where do you get the running board that runs from the passenger all the way through the slider?
The running boards were actually part of the RV Prep package exterior package when I ordered van and came from factory
It was nippy last night😂

Hahaha I’ll see what we can do
