I’m glad you like the song choice! Regarding your husband thinking you are crazy, I think the most magical thing that can happen in adulthood is if you realize that you can play with toys. And even better, now you can buy your own toys! And as I am very aware of my mortality and some of the terrible reality out there, I’d rather hide and play with my toys and watch old cartoons all of the time. 😁
What special sets you showed, the handicraft shop is beautiful, I love that kind of acessories. I also love the Misty Forest fairy, it was on my wish list for a while, then it ended up leaving... The Wisteria house is perfect for the Lavender Rabbit Family and the furniture you showed too😊. I agree, the dress shop it's more beautiful than the Boutique, I have the Boutique but I never loved the colors. The clean up school set is also adorable and the last one...the yellow pan🥰 so perfect and cute!
I love hearing what other collectors like. I agree, the yellow cookware is so pretty and high quality. Misty Forest princess had fallen off my wish list, too, but then I stumbled upon it at a decent price. It’s a great thing when items fall off of a wish list, though. There is just too much out there! The misty forest fairy princess is so lovely and the kitchenware set you showed at the end, love that yellow! Its also interesting to see how sets like the school clean up set were changed up for the UK market. We did get a set with most of those accessories (alas no step ladder 😢) but in a grandpas garden shed format, I guess that theme resonates better with a UK audience! Makes me so nostalgic for the older days 😅
FLAIR did a lot of great sets and it’s interesting to see their own spin on the JP sets. You are fortunate for being in the UK and having access to some better prices and unique items in the collection. Hope you find more treasures there - I’m sure you will!

I was happily surprised to hear I've been remembering the 'Cup of tea-eee' song, Wrong! 😮 There's 'A Cookie' in there too! LOL, and yes, the flying hair pins cracks me up! I wish I had the space you have to store all these amazing toy sets! My little house feels like it's ready to burst at the seams as it is. My current project is a room box. Started out as my dream cabin, but had to order a larger one with Two rooms. Now I'm just having fun making furniture for it. There is a strangely whimsical cartoon called Greedy Humpty Dumpty from 1936. I’ll link below. It’s amazing what they were able to accomplish with animation back then and how it surpasses much of what is put out nowadays. I had been wondering if you are crafting furniture for your project - that’s great to hear! Keep me posted on your progress. I need to get back into making my 1:12 scale dollhouse but lacking in the room, time, and patience. Usually find something cool that distracts me and Nothing gets done! : D SUNSHINE!! So happy to see it still exists! Except for about 20 minutes of sun one day, we had all clouds for at least a week. Yes, Max Fleischer did Popeye - and there were some real whimsical ones like Sinbad and Ali Baba. It’s confirmed that I have been watching WB kids over the years, usually Tom and Jerry and Bugs Bunny clips. Sometimes the clip ends too quickly for my liking, and I get inspired to dig around for the whole cartoon. “What’s Opera, Doc?” is one of my favorite Bugs Bunny cartoons. The artistry is amazing. And I always loved the one where Bugs is trying to share and saying “One for you, one for me. Two for you, one, two for me. . . “ 😂. Well, my week was made when I realized a few days ago that someone uploaded to UA-cam a video containing hours of Woody Woodpecker cartoons, including two of my favorites that I have not been able to find on UA-cam 😃. I don’t blame you for giving up 64 scale. We are only getting older and our vision is just gonna get worse and worse for those itty bitty things. Kudos to you for dressing up your doll. And I like how you chose her name. Ha ha, I know them doll clothes are expensive!!!! Nothing like a gray hoodie, though. Any reason you do not attempt a 1:12 scale room box? It doesn’t have to take up too much space and so much easier to find miniatures. I still collect 1:12 scale. Fortunately, many of the accessories size well with critters. Lucky you to have so many trees in your yard. I live in a townhome, so far less foliage. I did put in a patio with a raised flower bed and we feed the birds, so it is fun to watch them. Interestingly, even though it is a townhome, there is a creek nearby and we have had a number of interesting visitors to our patio over the past years. A male and female duck couple visited for a couple years to eat the birdseed. A turkey showed up and parked himself at my patio, eating birdseed. One time a falcon briefly perched. And one time I saw a fox run by and a couple of deer. Would not have expected any of that. We also once had a rabbit come and hang out every day napping in the shade. I would leave carrot and kale out for him, and he enjoyed it. He even brought his friend over one day for a visit and they hopped around the patio like he was showing his new play space. After a few weeks, we never saw him again. My brother said he was probably killed by another animal - 🥲. He was our buddy. We got snow today. Was coming down pretty heavy but I think most has melted by evening. I’ll definitely check out your YT recommendation - sounds cool! Thanks! Always looking for something good to watch. I, too, believe that it would have been better if the theater seats comes in threes even with out any figures. I would have bought four of those to make a movie house dio. Also, the larger figures doesn't fit on them. FYI, I bought Re-ment's Color Shinchan Kasukabe Cinema Blind box set. Though it, too, only fits smaller figures, at least it comes in six seats. Even if I don't care for the figures that come with them, better deal, still.
The Re-ment set is cute. With 6 seats, you can set up a great scene. And I love the 3D glasses. Epoch missed the mark with only providing two seats, as if trying to force people to buy two or more sets.
