This is what I’m talking about. It has everything I need in a tiny house. The only thing I would want is more closet space. If I could change one bedroom into a walk in closet I’m sold. Or put a walk in closet upstairs instead of the balcony that would work. But it’s simply beautiful the way it is. How much is this house as seen? Please included. Thanks for sharing.
No front door closet or back door closet = no space to put coats, boots, sweaters....etcetera, etcetera. This is a mudane, but critical omission in many designs.
The architect may not have enough experience, but as a design, it's nice. I would definitely extend the living space a bit towards the front door - if there is a well-designed balcony with its own staircase, there may not be a large porch on the ground floor. It won't add to built-up meters. Even a large window towards the entrance is not necessary - just enlarge the side window. There would be a relatively large storage space, maybe space for a small boiler for heating, space for a vacuum cleaner, etc. The balcony is great, but I would join the roof without relocation to create a larger attic (it would be the same money) and do not have to deal with dirt clogged into the roof offset area. The attic could be entered through a balcony. There could be a service space for possible photovoltaics, etc. If the small house had a basement, a garage could be built with regard to whether the location is not in a flooded area. :) Simply more efficiently to combine design with the practical side of things and it would still be for the same money. :)

Absolutely LOVE!! Two things I would change: Switch the stove and sink (I’m used to having a view outside my sink window), and make one bedroom into a master bath/closet. I’d want a tub and separate shower.

I like your design, it's small but makes sense with enough prep space for the kitchen and enough storage. A lot of small house designs tend to disregard the importance of prep space, which is very stupid.
This will work! Kids are gone and approaching retirement. This would serve as a great home-base. Crisp, clean, and functional!

Wow, this is perfect. The color is relaxing. A small window in the kitchen area is a bright idea. 100% score for me. Next to content suggestion please a 2-story house with roof deck in a 100sqm lot area. Specs: 1st floor all for commercial space and 1 toilet and a garage with a fence. On the 2nd floor, 1 kid's room and 1 master's bedroom with its own toilet; a kitchen with a small window and a living room. A small balcony going to the roof deck by a spiral staircase. More than what 99% of the world needs.
As long as you're going to add details like pencils on the desk, etc., why not gutters/downspouts, exterior lighting/outlets, crawlspace ventilation, rear entry railing, and roof penetrations ??
There is literally lighting on the outside it showed...how do you know it's not built on a slab? Since it's a tiny home, that would be the likely thing anyway....and most people don't care about how gutters look, they want to see a furnished interior.

Just something that bothers me very much in videos like these . In almost every design, small and big the designer forgets to add one more space: storage..... where do you hang your clothes out of the washing machine or where do you put the broom, mop and vacuum etc.... I mean there has to be a space for these things right?

That was my thought as well! There are 2 smallish closets for clothing, but what about sports equipment (skis, climbing gear, etc.), camping gear, luggage, out-of-season clothing, and yes, cleaning supplies!
@@altitudeiseverything3163 indeed. There has to be a kind of storage room also. I'm not going to put away my mop and bucket under my bed😂. I build my house with one storage space for everything you would want to store away in the house and a smaller one for the gardening stuff...
@@videshamunusami8537 Yes, gardening supplies/tools can be kept in a small shed, but there needs to be space for the other things indoors. I would probably use one of the bedrooms as an office, with a large wall of storage closets. Problem solved. Aren’t we clever? 😉

A lot to like but agree with others about window over kitchen sink. I need a bathtub, a big one. I live where it is winter 5 months out of the although i love the deck concept, its not covered nor screened in - imperative because after winter is mosquito season. Storage seems a bit lacking. Where ate the mechanicals? Furnace, water heater. I would need to adjust this for single level living as I ain't gettin' any younger.

Very nice. Just missing a room for washer and dryer. Perhaps a small extension on the back? The rooftop deck is very cute at first, but I’d worry about random people from the street walking up there and using it. Would make more sense if the staircase were on the inside not the outside.

When considering the corner kitchen cabinet, think about putting in one with a "lazy susan", it will give additional storage without the wasted space.

La parte bajo el balcon destinada a la entrada esta desperdiciada y lo unico que hace es sombra agregando oscuridad a la entrada, bueno sería añadir ese espacio muerto a agrandar los espacios internos como baño y dormitorio para hacerlos asi mas confortables, igualmente la escalera podria estar adentro con una puerta lateral al exterior , tan solo un aporte, gracias.

If we could provide something for mass housing, the same way as providing something for mass transportation, it would be a stroke ingenuity.
Where do you store winter clothes and your holiday stuff, and household tools, cleaning supplies, and where is the food pantry and pet supplies located? See only a washer, no dryer? Limited to only a shower? This would be a nice doll house holiday get away, but not for everyday, daily living, not enough space. Even getting around the bedrooms seemed tight. Nobody dancing in this house, you'll knock something over.

It's nice, but it would be nicer if it had hot water. Cold showers are ok every now and then, but not on the regular. There should be a room with a water heater and the main water shut off valve.

The one thing is that there's no access to that beautiful balcony space from indoors. And it's not even partially covered, which is needed. Spiral staircases such as those are bad Feng Shui, just FYI.
I've also wondered why the fridge and freezer areas aren't built into the lower cabinets, to give storage space( or whatever else )where that refrigerator is taking up space.....also, a round table looks better in square spaces .

Not bad design. But thinking to do laundry in the kitchen ,somewhat inconveniently. Like you think bring a basket of clothes back and forth, go outside for air dry outside then back to each room (since does not have dryer machine here) kind of hassle. The first thing I tho it gonna have second floor, and you can use the stairs outside to go straight to second floors /third room.. but it just a stair porch for chill…..what if raining weather difficult there. Etc not bad design but missing some reality uses.just need change some small things and this is good to go. Colors and design very relax and balanced.
