Love you ladies so much and I enjoy all your videos! My father did not die but at 92 he needed to move out of his home that he shared with my mom who did pass… they lived there for 58 years… so we had an estate sale to help my dad downsize and make a little money so he could move to an independent living facility…I think people don’t realize that you do not have to die in order to have an estate sale for some it can be very very helpful to lighten the load and burden of cleaning out a house that you’ve held onto forever. The painful part was that my mom was a collector and underneath figurines and items she would have what it was and what it was worth that was a little difficult for me because I felt guilt getting rid of all her stuff but there was no way I could take everything…She used to say Barbara when I die blah blah blah… so I did take the things that were most important to her which didn’t mean they were the most valuable either… you ladies keep doing what you’re doing saving items from the landfill and letting others enjoy treasures that you found!

I saw you passed on the McCoy planters, I was like grab them grab them. Lol. I love watching your channel, I saw you found some Taper Candles that have Santa on them how adorable. Love the cards as well. Love the lil devil. I must say my favorite thing was the popcorn Santa w all his reindeer.. 30 bucks. Wow what a steal that was. She is a rosary holder indeed. I found her sister and she sits atop a holy water faunt. She has the same label also. All white angel with wings and a halo. I only saw one on eBay listed for $28. Great find!

Hi Girls, I just love it when you go to estate sales. I know sometimes it is hard to watch, when it looks like they just left to run an errand or something. But, discovering a treasure is so much fun!!!!😃

Howard Pierce worked/lived in Yucca Valley, California. His pieces are very collectible and rarely found in estate sales or thrift shopping where I live in Utah. Great find!

Today I went to a sale and scord I found 2 lead crystal knife rests for 1.97 ea. a pink diamond paper weight 1.97 a citrine bracelet 5- a porcelin momma bear chained to her 2 cubs. and a 1950s pink porceline poodle. 1969 snow white 45 record in its cover in perfect condition for 2.50. Russian nesting doll. 4-. mini Dumbo figurine. And 2 boxes of old glass ornaments 3- ea. it was a fun sale and thought of you both. Lv Kristie. I am looking for a vintage latter climbing santa. I will see you Tuesday on whatnot.
My thoughts on estate sales: I always feel that the previous homeowner is probably happy that people are enjoying and buying the things they no longer need at the estate sale. I do feel that personal items should not be in the sale, though. I went to one estate sale of a cousin's wife and the people running it were happy to learn I was related. They took me to a closet full of family portraits and pictures and said they just could not put these in the sale- although her brother had said, "Sell them for the frames (with the pictures still in them!)" They gave them all to me and I made sure they were given to other family members. Estate sales just should not include family photos, things with their names on them, and (my personal peeve) their underwear!!

Hi ladies! I actually collect Howard Pierce pieces and it’s funny because I learned about his pottery pieces from finding one of his birds at the MyUnique thrift store here in NY lol He made a lot of great mid century pieces and had a lot of different bird pieces. So fun that you found the road runner! I was actually looking at Howard Pierce items on eBay recently and saw that he made a road runner. Super cool!!

I did know about the spoons. In fact I thought I mentioned it a couple videos back about they can sell for good money and yes I will go ahead and say it so you guys don’t have to they were used for snorting stuff back in the day lol and that used to be my favorite things as a kid when you go to McDonald’s and then of course people have to abuse things and ruin things lol I have a few myself because as you know I like to think of myself as a walking dictionary when it comes to McDonald’s stuff lol it has been my favorite fast food and nostalgic memory for all of my life. Good find and they are really hard to come by and find nowadays.Bada bah bah bah🤣🍟🍔🍟🍔 i’m probably the biggest McDonald’s goofball out there💛❤️💛❤️🌈
