Oh... And lots of PARMA! With a little Brookpark and Cincinnati in there... I went to Valley Forge in Parma (lived in Brookpark until about 13 years old), Jimmy (drummer) lives in Parma, Attila (guitar lives in Parma), Kevin (old guitar player) lives in Parma, and Tony is of course Parma's greatest natural resource. So a lot of Parma people in there at one time or another... Jesse (guitar) is from Cincinnati.
Thanks guys!!! Glad you enjoyed it.... I'll try and answer some of your questions/comments here. The video was filmed and directed by Sean Bilovecky from the band Frayle. We wrote the storyline and made the props, but he absolutely influenced it and helped it along. It was his idea to even have a story in the first place, we were just going to do the live video. So glad we took his advice. It was a fair amount of work but what you see is actually live and staged shots of us playing blended together seamlessly. Sean is highly recommended if anyone wants to make a video. That is Tony playing bass in the video. However, we recorded the song with our original bass player Shack Erman, who is the guy in the knit cap that gets the beer thrown at him and gets in the fight, and then ultimately killed. The dude that Shack is fighting is Kevin Binder who is also a founding member and now jams with Attila (guitar, stage left) in a band called Mutha Superior. Keith Cook was also a long term member and played on our demos and our LP "Impending Doom", and was kind enough to play our stupid game and win his own demise as well. And the guy with the gigantic joint that gets offed was Rob Needham, who played on our EP "Humanity Pandemic. So all the cast members were past members and still friends of ours. You never actually get told what happened, but I guess it's possible Tony had "something to do with it"..? lol. It's nice to get props for making a video because we put so much into it and you sometimes don't know if it was worth it. This made it worth it! Thanks again! We'll share the crap out of this. Bullet belts rule Trip!!! 😛
