Tamara, one day do you think you could explain your management structure to us. How you run your business with staff. You often mention your agency but I don't understand whether your manager/friend Enrico and your members of staff work for the agency or whether you have an independent team of people and then in what way is the the agency involved. Filippo, you are a very rare (to a point of near extinction) example of a wonderful all-round man, a man mother would wish to have as a son, a woman would wish to be a wife to, and a child would wish to have as a father.
