Per requested I decided to re-upload my GMD bad romance vid! I actually like how this one came out better than the original. I changed the plot a bit of the vid and actually had it where Basil and Ratigan were secret lovers but during the middle of it was trying to eliminate the other.
It becomes a whole new movie when you look at it like that, and I love it
Even as a kid I wanted these two to be together and I was sad when they weren't

I cannot describe my elated feels over this video. I really enjoyed the storyline. It was lovely to see how even in the midst of the whole case, the hidden relationship between Basil and Ratigan is shown. It played out well, I believe. I kinda perceived that Basil and Ratigan had to set aside their affair and become true to their titles- Basil the hero detective of Baker Street and Professor Ratigan, the Napoleon of Crime- to the very end. The ending though- I loved it! It played along with the final measures of the song, displaying the fall of the two. It almost seems as if the "bad romance" between them is doomed to be tragic. As for the change in tone of the song, I feel that it fit very well to set the tone of the story. (There needs to be more slash on these two in my opinion~) A very fantastic job indeed :D

it makes total sense, eventhough as a child one couldn't seen it, now as adult you clearly see there was something else aside of the villain/hero relationship, as if everything was bitter of being in opposite sides of justice and morals, while keeping both being geniuses on their own, and perhaps there in the past were more linked than appears, so everything that follows happens after his bad romance breakup!

Ok I'm pretty damn sure I was blushing through the whole video, and I never stopped laughing (this is not meant to be insulting, I actually love this video, these are compliments). just the implied relationship alone conjures up soooo many images (hey I'm an adult and i admit me and my friends are perverts. I'm afraid it cant be helped, jeez especially not with this video). LOVED this video, but man i never noticed how the characters movements could be so...flirtatious i guess is the word im looking for. awesome job on the video XD
