Got my 15 in 1 on Friday - already done Nando's coated chicken mini fillets, air fried, roast potatoes pressure cooked for 3 mins then air fried, pasta and carbonara sauce PC for 5 mins and a whole chicken tonight AF - loving it so far. Good video but long for me to watch. Looks like brine is good for tenderness. I have the 6 qt because of space issues so it's difficult for me to tell how long to cook something like the chops. Tried Ninja's times that were in the guide that came with the device and didn't turn out so well.
It is a longer video of mine but toy are very correct on the brine... Texture, taste and even has a better reheat flavor and texture... With doing... And i rarely go by the included recipe times and temps... Thanks for watching!!!
