After closing his eyes, our hero wakes up in another world. There he awaits the arrival of someone on top of a mountain. Together they will walk deep into the woods with the intention of rescuing their dearest loved one from the clutches of a mysterious secret society, led by a fearsome woman who will implement a cathartic ritual allowing the appearance of the shadows from their past.

I so need an explanation for this. How come UA-cam doesn't have its own explanation guy like the ones we often come across in the comment section of IG reels.
If you don't understand just watch again and again, for sure You will discover little by little the hidden message. It doesn't matter if it is wrong or right, it is your interpretation. I guess that for understanding in some way, the words at the very beginning are the clue, it's a rite that began before the story begins, it a "rito de paso" it continues and continues...

That's one hell of a rite of passage with what seems nothing to gain but it did feel good to see her get what was coming to her. Not an east thing to do acting with no dialog other than the narrative part . Old school & very well done . Brutal !!! Got to love Alter for have a platform for talented film makers & the acting in most of these shorts is as good or better the the top dogs in Hollywood. The B&W was awesome & fit like a glove , very well done .

Rito de paso means rite of passage, it's a cultural rite that happens when one person goes from one group to another. Now, I wonder what is this? After-life concept, happiness after bearing pain what does it signify?
The man even says that there is nothing after crossing the blurred lines and they died again, probably it is about them all giving accounts to what they did in life on earth?

I feel nothing but hate for this film...not horror. This is just sick, killing on film pretending to be art! We have enough of this trash everyday...I feel angry wasting my time on this heartless lazy movie. The director owes the horror short community an apology. No Script, no point ,no new perspective, no fun, no horror , just lazy sad waste. Considering unsubscribing and reporting visual tramma. Do better please.😮😮😢

Blood $4 Blood revenge leaves world without future generation, lacking color, & voice. Just last person standing once act is concluded. Beautiful film & well worth watching. 🥸
