15g Ginger slices, minced 4片 姜, 切碎
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil 1茶匙 麻油 或者 香葱油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
2 teaspoon Light soy sauce 2茶匙 酱青
2 teaspoon Corn flour 3茶匙 玉米粉
3 tablespoon Water 3汤匙 水
