Block 13 only exists because South Park is banned in Kuwait and somebody who liked the show wanted to “recreate it” so it could be watched

I think the channel that aired block 13 is owned by Comedy Central. I think in that case it’s technically an adaption of it.

Yeah in that Arthur episode they parody four different cartoons of the time, (South Park, Beavis & Butthead, Dexter’s Lab, Dr. Katz)

@@snowyyzoe In season 2 episode 16, when the Winx are in Gardenia, one of the little fairies (didn't watch season 2 idk their name) asks Bloom if a boy on the street they're on has a costume. Then the boy is shown (looks like Kenny but the jacket is yellow and he wears big glasses/ has dot eyes) and the boy says he's "the real one", to which Bloom responds to the fairy that "this one is kind of hard to explain" Hope it helped :)

To get the "Make Love not Warcraft" acheiment, you DON'T have to kill any player. You just have to "/hug" a dead player. Best play is obviously battle grounds but can easily be done in dungeons.
You can macro "/Hug" and put it on your action bar so you don't have to type it.
Depending on how far you wanna stretch the word media, you could say it is referenced in the album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy “choke a South Park writer with a fish stick”

Eddsworld - Tom's Tales of Awesome also has a South Park reference, where the "Canadians" look like the Canadians in South Park. I think Tom dying very often in the early episodes of Eddsworld was also an attempt to give a reference to Kenny.
I like how he cut the joke bc “it was in bad taste” when the whole joke was literally just “hey yk those 2 guys that make a better show than us? What if we joke about them…. Having sex, wouldn’t that be hilarious?” Like nah they cut it out bc they were so embarrassed and when they saw it didn’t turn out as funny as they thought it would, to the trash it goes, like the kind of joke that it is

Having the first anime section and the note "They killed Kenny" is referenced a lot right beside each other without "Lancer ga Shinda" from Carnival Phatasm and then Fate Grand Carnival mentioned is a crime. Given just how direct it is whenever our Boy Cu gets killed + with "You aren't human" even being the term used in regards to Kenny's death in JP version of South Park.

It's one of the less overt references, visually-speaking (and because Carnival Phantasm is sort of a gag spin-off series rather than something that stands alone like FLCL or Mahou Sensei Negima), but the bit is undeniably a South Park reference all the same.

Block 13 actually isn’t a ripoff of South Park. It’s an adaptation made with the full permission of Comedy Central. It was created because South Park had been banned in Kuwait due to the show mocking Islam.
It was made by Nawaf Salem Al-Shammari. The actual show itself tackles a lot of Kuwaiti issues, and in my opinion, is actually quite charming! I got a lot of out of enjoyment sitting through the show :]

This was impressively thorough. I was disappointed, though, to see you missed one that is a favorite of mine: "In Sickness and in Hell" Season 4, Episode 4 of Xena: Warrior Princess there are lice that yell out some South Park lines (e.g., "You killed Kenny!").
These are some pretty awesome references. I remember watching Boy meets World on Hulu years ago with my wife because I had to actually never seen the show before even though I grew up in the '90s and could have seen the show on ABC but my wife saw it and oh yeah the references to South Park were incredibly obvious.
As for what you said about celebrity deathmatch, yes it's original run was about 1999 to 2002, but it actually revived years later. And when it comes to last Man standing yes it did run on ABC from 2011 all the way to yeah I think it was 2017, but it actually came back on Fox years later. I think it was 2019 all the way until 2021 or 2022 I think
