I shoot 35mm f/1.4 and 85mm f/1.4 two-lens kit on my full-frame SLRs.
I shoot a 35mm f/1.4 and a 90mm f/2 two-lens kit on my full-frame rangefinders.
When I need to shoot with an inexpensive disposable full-frame camera, I shoot a 35mm f/2 and 100mm f/2.8 lens kit or a 50mm f/1.8 and 100mm f/2.8 lens kit.

My 90mm f/2 is a great photojournalism and documentary lens. I use it on Leica M6 and M10 rangefinders. However, my 90mm does not deliver the tight face portraits I like. I have 85mm and 105mm lenses that I prefer to use on my full-frame SLR cameras for tight face portraits.

I well aware this is just a standard nifty fifty for most but for me, it's my first F/1.8!!! 🤯🤯🤯
Can't describe just how thrilled I am at this long-awaited day!!!

I’m Truly happy for you because I know and had that exact feeling after i purchased my first camera and started out with the kit lens 18-45mm!! My very first lens purchase was the “Nifty Fifty” and man was it a vast improvement for my first real piece of glass!! Literally just bought the 85mm F2 and it’s being delivered today so I’m right there with ya🎉😂 Happy Shooting!!
