I tried making this, Taste & Aroma was great. Thanks. Some Shortcomings as but due to lockdown, I didn’t have Corriander/Mint to Add in Biryani. Also didn’t have Spinach leaves for laying before adding Half cooked Biryani Rice in the cooker. 1. Top layer of rice was great, but was a bit soggy as I lifted Rice from side. ( You had not mentioned as to how much Saline water to Add around rice before closing the lid for cooking ) 2. What could I have done if the rice below was a bit soggy ?? Just heat it a bit with lid open ? BUT STILL WE ALL REALLY ENJOYED THE BIRYANI.

This recipe didn't taste like the biryani I eat at Indian restaurants BUT it tasted just as delicious! Thank you for this recipe and video!

Its a little scarey to use the pressure cooker like this. Can we not use a thick bottom pan and cover it with aata and place something heavy on top to stop the steam from escaping....But i just love your videos...if i had 10 thumbs they all would be up for you...

I didn't realize making Biryani involves sooo many steps. The coal part seems so fun. I'll try it. I have seen some versions where they add sugar to it so it's like a sweet and salty flavor. Does this recipe vary from region to region? If yes, what region does this recipe belong to? Can I use tofu instead of paneer?
Please add a video to make momos with that authentic thin covering. My momos always have thick covering even though I roll the dough as much as I can. :-( Please do post. :-)

if you are anyway using the dough to seal the vessel, whats the point in using pressure cooker? you can use any vessel in that case.
You are right But since Pressure Cookers are tested to withstand pressure, in my opinion it’s safe to use this, instead of any other normal utensils.
