I have seen many ppl cook trini foods but I got to say that ur one of the best I have seen I recently started trying ur recipes and they come out really lovely. Keep up the good work.
Natasha I make this all the time, only difference is I do put a pk of "season up " or a tsp of "better than boullion", and finish up with a little pat of golden ray. Also i pierce a tiny hole in a hot pepper and rest it on the top of the rice, just for flavour, no heat. It makes a big difference. Try it, see if you like it.
I love your channel keep up the good work.... a tip when adding the veggies add the bhagi with about 4 ochro finely chopped plus a pack of magi allpurpose seasoning and last but not least when your bhagi rice is finished cooking add piece of goldenray butter taste is out of this world.

Natasha l have been tuning into your tutorial for sometime now, l am not from any of the west lndies islands but my husband is from Trinidad. To make this short your tutorial are so simple and easy been trying to cook this way but alway mess up. I will be surprising hubby with these dishes. Thanks great job well done.

I'm going to try this recipe. It looks delicious. I'm going to use spinach since bhaji is sometimes hard to find where I am. Do you think throwing in some ochro would change the texture/flavour too much?

you can try white rice but it may fall apart really quick due to the long cooking it requires.
