Ever since Classic the Grimtotem have had Rogues. It isn't that Tauren are physically incapable of being Rogues, it is because most Tauren feel like such tactics are beneath them. However coming in Dragonflight (or sooner) players will finally be able to play Tauren Rogues, the Tauren having broadened their horizons from years of having allies that can be the class.
