its not really a retention thing, I just don't wanna rant for 1 hr when I can just get to the point, maybe cover few hypotheticals and get it done. Also the less information you provide the better because a lot of information can be overwhelming and hard to remember.
I think for that Hela fight around 5:10, yes the Health Pack should've been grabbed, but you went in a tad early and blew your skills. You also strafed in a straight line away from the Hela. If you main Magik, sure you're aware of stalling between skills if you can. Both for cool downs and to mix up your target's timings. Would have engaged with your dash, air smack to pommel cancel, strafe a bit and maybe jump as you stall out your next melee while seeing if you get hit. If you don't get hit do another melee and cancel, back up a bit with the sword beam and finish with a portal if she's not dead. It's a slower kill, but this also means if someone else walks in on you while fighting, you've got skills you can either use for mobility and to build your shield, or to disengage and maybe shoot a beam for harassing. The odd movements instead of just using everything asap, also means if the opponent knows Magik they'll feel a LOT more pressure cuz they know you're holding your skills and if they don't insta kill you then you've got the easy win on them.
what do you do when your team is poking? There are alot of times where all of my teammates are playing ranged or run back because of healer not healing much and I feel like I can't do anything but wait at the choke point. But then teammates will lose the poke fight cuz I'm not doing damage.
I wish i was good with her, but sadly ive played 1000++ of hours of fps games being extremely high ranked in some of them that punisher and hela are the only characters that works for me in diamond+. She is my fav chatacter but if i did decied to go all in on her i'd be silver. Everytime i do lock her in im giga griefing.. but at least i can enjoy your gameplay and learn from the vid 💪🦍
Any advice on iron fist duels? He beats my ass. Also I get really frustrated with Peni Parker and her little critters. I feel like shes a good counter but if you have any advice besides destroying her spawner I'd appreciate it. Maybe a matchup video would be helpful to others as well.
You will always beat iron fist if you fight him with your demon spawn. Focus on getting him to stand in the demon's attack. Peni hard counters you. Stay out of her web and stand with your tanks or defend your supports until someone else kills the spawner. Once your tanks enter her web it should be safe for you to use your demon spawn to kill her bunker.
Not sure what rank we're talking about here but a good Iron fist you're prob not killing unless he makes some major mistake. as far as Penni just have to pray your teammates destroy mines.

Go for a flank and try to kill someone in the backline, or brawl the tanks and try to apply enough pressure for your team to walk up.
