Hey man, your content is great and I learned a lot from you. Wanted to say thanks for all the tips and tricks and inform you and the community about the final product as I ended up making a 32 minute action/cyberpunk series episode with some crazy stuff :)
This is super helpful. I just an MV for one of my AI songs and used primarily Kling for video generation. But this should help me get more dynamic video
God bless you my brother you explain very good i run many Faceless AI storytelling channel and your guide helped me to grow and create ultra realistic Art
@@taoprompts I hear you. I bought two of your books: Design in Midjourney $5 and Cinematic Prompts for $10. Gonna look at them this week. Thank you again!
Thanks! Runway Gen3 is really good with realistic videos, if you want good quality animations of realistic photographs Gen3 can work really well. However, it can't do as many different visual styles as Kling or Luma.
Thank you for your video. I fully agree with all the comments that you bring lots of ideas and value. If I want to turn Historical Portraits into similarly clothed Photos, what app and workflow would you suggest?
Thanks 👍. I would specifically prompt for the type of clothing you want, especially the material and textures. And also include the time period in there
I'm torn with Kling. On the one hand, Kling 1.5 video is much sharper than Runway Gen 3. And Kling does seem to follow the prompt much better. Yet Runway results tend to look more cinematic. I used Kling 1.5 for the first time in my latest film (for some of the scenes, with the majority still using Gen 3) and right away someone commented that some of the scenes did not look as cinematic as usual. They complained that the motion was too jerky and the lighting was too "simple". So unless there's a way to get Kling to generate more cinematic and film-like results, I guess I'm sticking with Runway.
@@dasberlinlex Kling definitely seems better than Runway at animating things that are fictional (aliens, monsters, etc). But after experimenting more with Kling today, I still think Runway is more cinematic with better lighting and motion.
My main issue with Runway is that so many shots are generated in slow motion, which was true even in the older Gen2 models. I find that I always need to speed it up later, sometimes 2-3x speed. That's okay with the longer 10 second videos. But Kling just gives me more to work with in each video clip, and 1.5 can do some really fast and consistent motion, even if some of it is a bit jerky. I've got high hopes for it given how quickly the tech has gotten better even from a few months ago.
Hello Sir! Sorry if this question has been answered already: but are you upscaling in Midjourney (either Subtle or Creative) first before upscaling in Magnific? Or are you not doing any upscaling in Midjourney and only in Magnific?
Hey Tao. Thank you for the great informative video. I'm releasing my second Kling AI short film today and in your video there are valuable points that help me in my learning process. However, could you please further elaborate what does the --q2 parameter do and why does it enrich the details? I have noticed that when using Kling's image-to-video, the faces in the pictures need to be very detailed in order to reach realism. Thank you in advance.
That quality parameter (--q) was added to Midjourney version 6.1. It's a new experimental feature that can add some additional detail and texture to your photos (especially for people). By default it's set to --q 1 but raising it to --q 2 can produce more detailed results, although it will take a bit longer to generate.
Yes. Indeed, it's a very good video, but let's talk about the cost of it. Midjourney, MagnificAi, KlingAi, Topaz. Is it like 400 to 500 euros ? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks! P.s. Keep up the good work!
It is expensive to make the best possible videos. You can also use free versions like capcut video upscaler and Upscayl image upscaler, but the results won't be as good
Hello and congratulations for the tutorial, I have been trying for days to use the "video from image" function to create a video similar to the one in which famous people hug themselves when they were young. Unfortunately, it doesn't work because the faces are modified, they practically become other people. I tried to use two similar photos joined together, I tried to cut out the subjects and put them in a single photo with a neutral background, but nothing. Do you have any suggestions? How to create the starting photo with the two subjects? What prompt to use, what settings on creativity/relevance, etc. Thank you very much in advance.
@@taoprompts Indeed, my generations follow one another and I have nothing drinkable. It works a little better with your tip of putting: muted cinematographic colors, shot on cinesti film, at the end. It's a crazy trick. That plus the sref sw 15 on midjourney it works so well !!
Thanks, Kling Ai is the best, In recent weeks it is impossible to work with it the generation is very slow it even takes more than a day for a single animation. It's true I'm trying it with the free plan but I've read that people with a subscription plan also have problems....do you have more info? Thanks for your support.
I'm making a short film only using AI. I feel like Kling adds in a lot of sharpness and changes the look of the image I provide. It also changes the subjects of my image. Their faces changes dramatically, often becoming Asian. I haven't figured out how to force it to keep the face the same. I prefer Luma because it stays truer to the image. But, Luma's movements are terrible most of the time so I usually just do push ins on a person standing still.
Amazing tutorial, despite enhancing the images I still find that kling AI still kind of doesn’t produce high-quality videos, there’s still some little distortion, whereas LumaAI kind of retains the original quality of the image , but kling is the best we have right now in terms of consistently producing great videos

I love your videos. Best tutorials on video prompting so far. However Kling has ran into this issue of taking forever to generate video from image. Like an entire day. Do you have any idea about this? Is it a bug? Cause it's been a few week. Any advice would be appreciated. 😇
If you are using reference images that already have text inside them it can work. The ai will struggle to generate complicated text on it's own for the videos though

Tao, which system do you prefer Runway or Kling?
Right now I prefer Kling, it can do a wider variety of visual styles. But runway is really good with realistic videos.
Does that mean that if you want to create scenes with fast actions (fighting scenes), AI tools will not work as well?
