@@HelenaDailyEnglish If you don't find it as being an issue I think you should also create a video showing what working in a call center is like Convergys is ... I mean the way a call should be handled. I have been thinking about working at one but still feel uncompetent.

I created a facebook group with a challenge in order to practice and improve our speaking skills.
I believe that to speak is the best way to upswing our conversation.
But I know it's difficult to practice alone.
So, the challenge consists in recording short videos about the suggested topics.
I'm begginer still, so I can't help or correct nobody, but I hope we can all help each other.
The challenge will have 30 days long with daily topics.
