Hello.Ive heard people say there is a delay getting their orders recently.I think there is a problem with the shipment compan.Many haven't received their orders yet.I will be on the look out for new info and let you know if there is something you can do about the delay🙂

Hi,if you go pick it up at their location,they won't charge you,but if they deliver to your doorstep they will charge you.

Heyy so I ordered a few free shipping items from Ali express and in the address I put my home address how will I receive my items??

Hello.You can track the location of your items on the app and once you're items get to the country you will receive a phone call,a message and an email about the arrival of your item and where to pick it up or to have a rider deliver the items to you.Also since you ordered multiple items,they may arrive on different days or together.I hope this was helpful 🙂

Hello Shanie.Im glad I could help.No, you do not have to pay any additional taxes or custom charges.Once you pay for your item and shipping (if it has a charge)Then you're good to go.I did mention though that if you get it delivered via Posta Kenya, you will need to pay 100bob to pick up your item(that is their service charge)
