    This soul food classic has no meat but still has all the flavor. In my humble opinion Collards and Cabbage together are even better than they are on their own! Collards & Cabbage Mixed Greens are seasoned with Vegan Chicken Bouillon, slow-simmered until tender, and packed with flavor. They're a perfect dish for Summer Holidays, Winter Holidays, or really Any day.

    Ingredients:
    • 3 Bunches Collard Greens, washed and cut into strips
    • ½ head of medium size Cabbage, washed and cut into strips
    • 1 Green Bell Pepper
    • 1 Red Bell Pepper
    • 4-6 cups Water
    • 2 Tbsp Vegan Chicken bouillon
    • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
    • 2 Tbsp seasoning salt
    • 2 Tbsp onion powder
    • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
    • 2 Tbsp Mushroom Umami
    • 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
