Homemade electric fence for mice

This video is about a homemade electric fence for mice. Tried regular traps, poison, electronic sound gadgets, and the Victor electronic/electric mouse trap shown... nothing worked. That's when I tried to divide and conquer! Important: No kids or pets and wear shoes. You can get a nasty shock from this device.
So in the end I learned form the videos that there was just ONE mouse. The mouse found a path between the wall and cabinet that allowed it to go to either side of the electric fence. So the East mouse turns out to also be the West mouse. Still have no idea why the mouse didn't get caught by the multitude of regular traps that I tried.
