  • Day 23.
Because of the rain the night before, the beginning of the day was after noon.
And then it was the same thing as all the previous days - back and forth and back and forth.
Kudos to Nick for the drone footage today!!!!

Thanks for another fantastic video Tracey; your videos present such a wonderful story.
The first part of the video showed a lot of variety and activity around the farmstead; was most interesting. The area they have their home in is beautiful the way they have it fixed up. I see your RV parked there also. Very nicely landscaped and set up beautifully!!!!!
My compliments to Nick for the drone footage. He did a magnificent job with the camera footage and you did an awesome job of combining them both into one video-awesome!!!!!!!
The drone footage showed how big that one field was-massive, wow. The video captured another meal in the field. This part of your videos is so special; nothing like having a supper meal in the field. Most enjoyable time for sure. Enjoy 👍😊
You all are cruising right along. Knocking out the fields in good order. The video shows nice stands of wheat yet; thick and rich wheat stands.
Appreciate the opportunity to ride along with you and view the scenery and these amazing and beautiful fields of wheat!!!!!! It has been a lovely day once again in the Montana wheat country!!!!!’
Looking forward to the video tomorrow; more than ready to have at it again!!!!
You all take care and be safe.
My blessings to you and Jim and everyone there!!!!!!
May God watch over all of you!!!!!!!
    See you tomorrow!!!!!
    The Iowa farm boy. Steve

PS: My days are getting better and feeling more like myself 😊.

Not every farm here in the US is as large as these fields in Montana are. But these are pretty much of an example of what they are like in this state.

@@ZeorianHarvestingTrucking Tracy, its time to think of the bigger picture.
Lets get rid of that border between our two great countries, America and Canada, as it stunts both our countries growth and it divides people.
Lets get rid of it, unite and become the greatest country on the planet.
Just think of all of the Canadians who have gone to the USA to seek their fame and fortune and have achieved their dreams.

Thanks for uploading another video! I notice that the tractors and combines have a small yellow box on the roof, I think that's for GPS. In the area where I live I see them often, a while ago they were often stolen. The farmers were desperate then. I believe they are very expensive!
So much fun to watch the kids in the video, it's really fun, those kids can see themselves in ten years in the video! Many people do not film their daily practices, only when they are on holiday, but how nice it is to look back at this footage in a few years. Memories are so important! Love the old videos you uploaded from the past too!

Nice long straight rows, no steep hills like the Palouse wheat growing are in Wa. state, no ditches or bad washouts, no big rocks so that would be an ideal place to dump into the trucks on the go instead of running back and forth with tractors and gain carts to trucks wasting fuel. Less tractor operators and maybe none.
Less augering of grain means less fines in the grain.
With GPS; the unload auger spout could be tracking the centerline of the truck while dumping the grain and the truck could be auto steered to maintain the required distance from the combines header.
    Try it.
