If you voice your vintage pre 80's Marshall's clean no bright cap on the lead channel, small bright cap on bass channel use Blues Driver and jump channels on 4 holer or connect to master volume heads this pedal is the one for this setup, P90 or humbucker
Do you know why the level knob on a dirt pedal gives so much volume when cranked? Because *that* is overdrive SMH .... Your first mistake was going for unity gain and not diming the level. That will kick your preamp into overdrive before even activating the gain control. Try it sometime.
Gain at max delivers a nice transparent near-distortion drive.
Lovely pedal.
I use it to boost a crunchy Rat, for some extra gain.
Boosting a Rat with BD-2 sounds fun !
Same here !! 👍
Very Cool Thankyou. I Have a BD-2 into a DS-1 gives me so many Gain Options. Cheers

Thank you for the information, I don’t have a chance to use a vintage gear though.
Thanks for sharing! God bless you and your family!
Hearing the pick on the strings direct so much a part of the audio makes it much less clear to assess the actual pedaled and amped sound.
Thank you for the kind advice !

Playing single notes would've also been helpful.
Thank you for the kind advice !
@@deepvalleyguitar3351 Hopefully we'll see another good clip including it. I use a BD-2 myself and like it.
