I have never come across a garden and landscape designer before, but I can tell without being told that this property is so masterfully designed by an artist. Pietro Pocinai did a fantastic job of integrating the interior spaces with the exterior gardens that even the creeping vines take hold of interior rooms and make it very welcoming. It is almost as if you walked into a scene from the movie Labyrinth where the young girl Jennifer Connoly plays gets lost in these maze of magical spaces run by deceptive creatures that evade detection. I could never have imagined and manifested such a beautiful place into existence, only Pietro Porcinai could create such a magical place.
I'm continually amazed by each new video, not just by the properties themselves, but by the skill that has gone into their production. These are exceptional videos and have been beautifully put together. They look stunning. Just out of curiosity, have you ever considered putting together a video containing out takes? I'm sure Danilo must occasionally forget what he has to say or 'fluffs' a line or two here and there. It would be great to see those moments where Danilo maybe loses his composure and has a laugh.

Danilo, you've put on again another outstanding video. The house's inside and exterior is equally stunning, but the outdoor features like the pool, fish pond, and garden have me hooked.
This was just fascinating, Danilo, and thank you for taking time to explain so much about the garden's designer, for those of us who aren't Italian. Having come from a background in English and French gardening, I was just in awe of this. You used the word ""seamless"" and it was - compared to French gardens in which all is carefully delineated, the constant flow here from plant to plant was wonderful - it makes it feel very old and established. Also, the underground room with ivy on the ceiling was amazing. I usually look at the old architecture and hardly pay any attention to the garden, but this time, I was mesmerized.

I'm continually amazed by each new video, not just by the properties themselves, but by the skill that has gone into their production. These are exceptional videos and have been beautifully put together. They look stunning. Just out of curiosity, have you ever considered putting together a video containing out takes? I'm sure Danilo must occasionally forget what he has to say or 'fluffs' a line or two here and there. It would be great to see those moments where Danilo maybe loses his composure and has a laugh.

This was just fascinating, Danilo, and thank you for taking time to explain so much about the garden's designer, for those of us who aren't Italian. Having come from a background in English and French gardening, I was just in awe of this. You used the word ""seamless"" and it was - compared to French gardens in which all is carefully delineated, the constant flow here from plant to plant was wonderful - it makes it feel very old and established. Also, the underground room with ivy on the ceiling was amazing. I usually look at the old architecture and hardly pay any attention to the garden, but this time, I was mesmerized.
