Louise Kay was born in Lancashire, in the northwest of The UK. After graduating from university, she worked as an English teacher for 15 years, and during this time, she began to question life's deeper meaning. This led her to the path of spirituality, where she found a strong resonance with the teachings of non-duality.
In her early thirties, Louise felt a deep call in her heart to visit India, where she experienced a profound spiritual awakening. Shortly afterward, Louise began channeling and traveling around the world, sharing this gift for several years. During this time, she experienced a deepening and integration of her initial spiritual awakening, and as she opened more to this non-dual truth, the channeling faded away, and a new form of expression revealed itself from deep in her heart.
Louise is passionate about supporting people to live a life of presence and unconditional love. Her greatest joy is to sit together in the presence and gently hold space for all emotions, all sensations, and all experiences which arise at the moment in order to support the integration of unresolved energies and allow the unfolding of the divine in all who feel the call.
Explorations are usually focused on self-inquiry, releasing limiting beliefs, and integrating unprocessed emotions and energies.

20 years ago as my mom lay with, what I like to think, one foot in both worlds…I “ran into” a chaplain who kindly offered to come be with my mom. I remembering this chaplain telling my mom to “go toward the Light”. A few hours later that night I received a call from the respite home saying my mom had passed. I believe your guest is the Light and she helps point the way. Thank you for having her on.❤

How clear. Exactly what I needed to hear to confirm my walk in spirit with the Universe. I like to think of God as infinite consciousness where there are infinite possibilities. Modern religions held me down with guilt and judgement, a book. This increased my faith to relax in the love of the Universe, as a child of God, who loves me unconditionally. I feel I should use this knowledge to unite people during this time of division. People are waking up to many deceptions, we can find common ground, Love and forgiveness, understanding.

The subject of being afraid of disconnecting your identity from your thoughts, the stories, etc. it reminded me of a sentence I read in a Zen book: "You can't fall out of the universe."

I experience a 'flow' state while I'm painting, sculpting or writing and when I'm able to play the piano. It's also present at many other times, but for less sustained stretches. What a gift we've been given - having access to this energy simply fills me up until my eyes 'leak' with the fullness and joy of it. Thank you so much for this beautiful interview.

The BEST description of the spiritual concepts in the concise language!!!! This beautiful angel-girl expressed my own understanding of IT ALL! She is a rare transcended soul that came to Earth to teach and evolve others. I wouldn't be surprised to know if she already has many "followers" eager to be her disciples!

Loved the balance between Alex's very practical and helpful questions and Louise's spiritual answers. It's good to ask questions like that because otherwise all the spiritual advice can be a little vague and leaving you a little confused about how to actually apply it to real world situations.
I know my mind is my problem. I hear Louise, I am working on quieting my mind totally, not an easy task for me. Maybe it isn't the right time for me. I am loving living the human life at the moment. It's baby steps for me. I am a young 71 yr. old. I've been on my curious path for 50 yrs!
As a first approximation we can say the mind is the contents of consciousness. That is to say what we are calling the mind are these contents that we know as thoughts, emotions (motivators). A particular sensation that corresponds to a particular thought that gives it a corresponding emotional flavor. Without the thought-form it is actually just energy that can be good food for our presence. The original knowing energy has two main characteristics, it can know and it can identify. At first it knows separation and identifies with separation however it has the possibility of knowing the Oneness or Unity of the whole without any separation at all. It is only relative vision that makes the appearance of this separate from that. This is necessary yet we also wish to see through this limited way of seeing and know we are are not separate from the One Unity. For now consider what is there besides these contents of the 'mind'? We could say it is the simple presence that we can sense that is associated with whole body awareness and yet it is not necessarily limited to the lower vibration and shape or form of that which we call the physical body. As you know we need to learn to acknowledge all contents that arise in our experience. It doesn't do any good to just deny them. We allow intimate contact with them yet we don't necessarily assent to them. In their essence all these contents are just energy patterned by thought or clusters of thought. None of us remember that originally we are the energy of awareness that has its own intelligence, love, compassion and courage while knowing it is not anything nor is it separate from anything. This "knowing energy" which is not separate from anything doesn't at first know what it is; it doesn't at first even know it has arms and legs and a mouth. How does it come to think of itself and identify itself as this body? From birth to the age of about two through the interactions with mother and the environment, we implicitly learn we have a separate body and it is as if we implicitly learn "I am 'in here' in this separate body and mother is "out there' in that separate body". And everything else is 'out there' because I don't find anyone in here with me. Through identifying with being 'in here' is this separate body then everything else is separate from me and 'out there'. However this limited view is only due a template of impressions taken in from the outer senses that gives us subject-object knowing. I am in here (subject) and everything else is 'out there' as objects or other bodies. Originally what we are is not separate. However separation is not a mistake because without it we could not know the Unity of all and everything which is sometimes said to be the reality of love. Love is as it were full of hidden treasures that it wishes to manifest on the stage of time and space. Both time and space are consciousness limiting its vision of itself for the purpose of manifesting in what appears as separation aka time and space. Mainly unknown to us we have an inner aspect that as it were encompasses all of space and time. Wonderous.
Incredible podcast, Louise is genuinely living her life with complete surrender and understanding of what life is meant to be, it’s being yourself but not your ego self and completely allowing things to unfold for her path to develop in such a way that is for her purpose. No judgment, no stress, no manipulation. Love her so much, she’s Inspiring and we all have this built in potential, no one soul is more deserving than another, it was just her time because she had the questions and wanted the answers to this purpose she felt coming from within. Thankyou, agree now a light has been switched on, it means there are no more shadows where the dark energy can hide. The light switch means more people are becoming aware of light and dark energies. Humans have a soul, we are unique, we have many gifts which we havnt used, perhaps because we are unaware of the gifts. Humans are learning to listen with the heart. The heart has a wisdom of knowing. The intellectual mind can’t explain it, reason it, or package it into penny boxes. The universe has more than enough for everybody. Sadly greedy powerful people have tried to take the lions share, at the expense of mankind. Reflect on the universal energy, within every human. Much love to both of you and the viewers. We are all sovereign beings, within a human earth jacket, sharing planet earth together, having a Devine experience of living in the moment of now. The past has gone, you can’t bring it back. Wow❤️ I'm in DBT, a form of therapy for emotional regulation, where we learn mindfulness. But been struggling when it comes to that part where our therapists are telling us to notice the thoughts. And just observe. Not giving our thoughts any value. Just see the thought as a soft wave 〰️ . See it come and then go... But how ? This video just gave me so much. Been in dbt for about 2,5 years now but i have learned more about mindfulness from this 1 hour episode . That says a lot. This guest , I mean just wow ! And that magnetic energy she gave of. Every word and every sentence she said went right to my soul. And for me, this shines truth to me. My english vocabulary isn't enough for what I want to say about her! I just realised now by listening your guest, Louise, and one other earlier on today that when I did something wrong in my life that really scared me and kept me back from actually exploring more myself and damaged my self-esteem and the trust in myself, actually that moment can be seen as a new beginning that shook my previous inner constellation, which now allows me to actually go on a different and better path. So, now I can stop using all those derogatory words about myself and start building a fresh trust in myself like I never ever had for all my life. 10:48 to 13:56 she hit the nail...splendid...love,light,blessings...this space of unbroken silence is our true nature...the invisible seer & perceiver...what we perceive through our senses is limited and not the truth...perception and truth are entirely different...mind is confusion...soul is crystal clarity...from time immemorial the ultimate question remains is WHO AM I ?...what is our true indentity...body or mind or intellegent or ego...or the pure awareness...the common substratum of all these...our own TRUE IDENTITY CRISIS is main issue...
