TAILOR TAILOR TAILOR. don't ever buy dresses that swamp you or swallow you. Anything that seems even slightly loose, modify it. I'm 5'2 and I need to do this. ALSO vintage looks are your best friends. Think 50s, 20s. And I usually wear midi dresses. When I wear long dresses, I found that an m slit works best for me, and if you want a big gown be prepared to get it tailored. You can make it work, but it's expensive. Look up petite models and it'll help as well!
High waisted trousers and pointed flats they basically create this elongated look that is very classic but super on trend for short girls
I personally love wearing looser fits with tighter tops or a looser fit with a fitted jacket for some reason i love the feeling it creates chic yet comfortable
Cropped trousers like at the ankles also give an illusion that you’re a bit taller
I’m 5’1 and I also can’t find anything that fits me. Even petite clothing is too long. Also I already have a problem with sizing because of my proportions. My entire body is a size 8, except my boobs which are a size 34H and they fit a size 12.
Petit girls gotta learn how to sew. I've been having to get my clothes tailored most of my life. Everything was always too big and too long. Being able to fix all of those problems myself would save me so much time (I'm working on that)
Try a short dress with a high neckline, it will “lift” you. Otherwise just look short and tiny, it’s hot!

I think people overlook when the makeup doesn't fit the look. Ashanti's makeup was flawless and complemented her dress so well. I'm living for Cardi's short hair. It's giving me Toni Braxton vibes. I think Kylie is still wrapped up in that "self made billionaire" report so she dresses like a "boss" and it's ridiculous. Her birthday outfits were much better. I actually liked Shawn Mendes's look. And as a petite woman, I never understood why other petites would wear thigh highs.

Aida Amore Staten Island is kinda like the problem child of NYC. The borough in general is stuck in the past. No matter where you go on Staten Island, you will run into bad style. The only pieces of designer fashion you’ll see here are Louis Vuitton monogram Neverfulls, or Gucci slides/belts. They pair these with Pink sweatpants or Addias tracksuits and some nasty shirt from their high school lmao. Anytime I see someone wearing a cool fashion piece here I always compliment them so they know that they should keep doing that and not do what 90% of the Island does.
