Be outside or in a fume hood and having a mask on+wear gloves (particle mask is the minium,ffp1 medical mask wont bring too much because of the open side and the best is a gas mask so take ffp2 or something)
if you are going to cut it then you should also have a vacuum clearner,so that it takes the tiny particles from the airn
