Very useful video. Glad to see DJI is getting some real competition.
Good baseline info. Might want to point out that the Mavic thermal camera and the Evo 2 thermal camera are WORLDS apart. Mavic thermal uses a very low resolution Lepton 160 x 120 sensor and is only good for about 100-150 feet away for looking for people/animals... and best use is close up inspection at less than 50 feet away. The 640 x 512 Boson sensor on the Evo 2 Duo is good for several hundred feet and much more depending on environment. I will post video comparisons when I can.
When you sync Autel flight logs, the information goes to Autel Robotics USA, not to China.

The Autel also comes with accessory mount. Advanced positioning system, light strobe beacons, headlights etc.
That is not accurate. The upcoming Enterprise version has those, but the existing products do not.

Why can’t you list your price? I don’t understand what is all this hiding the price stuff all about it’s worth what it’s worth. But excellent video.
Alot of companies do it, kinda like a snobby "If you have to ask the price, it's too expensive for you". But in practice it seems designed to make it as hard as possible to compare pricing and thus value.

I use a Mac, so the desktop software wasn't an option for me

Autel Evo II Dual is $10k? I sure don't see that kind of money there especially when the software is just so so. Flir in general really is overpriced as well.
Cost is all in the camera - Autel in a different league

Unfortunately he is right though. people like bright flashy colorful lots of cutscenes etc because we all have the attention span of a goldfish. if you've seen how wildly popular tiktokers get for literally doing nothing that's proof enough that people don't appreciate quality they appreciate cheap entertainment and eye catching visuals.
