Not really selfish, I'm basically hoping that the lady stays alive. Doesn't have to just be for me, but for all of the people who'd love to see her. Usually being alive isn't a burden to someone who's lived that long though.

In 2005, I showed up to Dookie Chase in shorts and a polo shirt, not knowing the dress code. The staff hesitated to seat me and my wife, but Ms. Leah intervened and walked over and showed us everything in the lunch buffet, telling us what was good that day. It all was amazing, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome, despite our attire. The classiest lady I've ever met, in one of the finest restaurants in the world.
The fact that ms chase made you welcome is why she is the the woman that made dooky chase into the institution that it is because of our here in the middle
I had the privilege to eat there during a business trip. The food was outstanding and the people are warm and friendly.
What a lovely woman. Her happy eyes says it all. She loves her life.

Greetings from Italy, so sad that in my country people generally look at the american food culture thinking of it of just hamburgers and fries, seeing this video made move not just because it shows that of course America is not all about that, but because it shows that preparation of food wherever you might be when done well, is done with something everyone shares from the tip of the south pole all the way up to the northern one, and that's love, it's something very powerful, it brings people together, it brings down barriers, it lights up life... You made my day thank you Dooky chase, oh no wait thank you the restaurant!

blah Well I did, and yes it's always like that, people have prejudices, they kind of need them, and they hold on to them, it would be nicer if more and more people actually started to gain interest and see how it really is.
I've lived in Baltimore for a few months and I got the chance to experience the seafood there which, if you go to the right place, is just fantastic, then I had the honour of eating at the James Beard American Restaurant in Milan for the EXPO, and it was amazing so now I can't wait to come back and discover more about American cousine.

Oh Ive been all over Italia...have eaten some of the best ice cream in firenze and delicious cheeses and wines all up and down the coasts. I make it a point to experience the foods wherever I visit.

These little places are jewels. I just finished visiting New Orleans in the summer of 2017. Unfortunately, it is literally the filthiest place I have been to inside the US. It truly takes away from places like what it is mentioned in the video.
