Great video abu rahim. Keep them coming 👌
Appreciate your comment, Abu Karam. 😉
Great efforts
Appreciate your comment.
Great video! I've looked a quite a few how to videos, but this was perfect. One question though. If I run oracle on a VM that I'm starting/stopping quite a bit, how do I get the PDB to auto mount? Each time I reboot, I have to run "ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE ALL OPEN;" Thanks again!
You are welcome, I appreciate your comment. to autostart the pluggable database you can achieve that by run this command:
alter pluggable database pdb_name save state;
note you need to make sure pdb database is open before you run the above command.

Hello, I followed your tutorial and it worked fine until I ran show pdbs in sql shell at 11:45. It is giving me the error 'Oracle not available'. Somehow I don't have a database created yet. For disclaimer, I used yum instead of dnf and did install instead of localinstall. Can you please help?
