No doubts about it, hearing Soundwave talk just gives me chills. He just sounds more robotic than any other Cybertronian. (Also like how with Frank Welker and Isaac C Singleton Jr do some of Shockwave's lines where his (I'm guessing tone) changes either an octave higher or lower.
No list of Soundwave's voices are complete without the legendary Frank Welker. Note: DotM Soundwave is the true form of Inspector Gadget's arch-nemesis,Dr. Claw.
Isaac C Singleton Jr was in fact the Soundwave I grew up with, since War of Cybertron was the first intoduction to the genre for me. And to this very day I prefer this voice over all except for Walker’s which is imo equal.
I feel like the "Anonymous Voice" from the Pokémon theme parody might be Jon Bailey. One part of the lyrics is "Hear my epic voice!", a possible hint that Jon provided the voice, as Jon goes by "epicvoiceguy" here on UA-cam. Jon also commented on the video saying "Soundwave sounds AWESOME!".
Edward Bosco is such a strange one, because he voiced the Marauder in Doom Eternal and gave him this deep, booming voice. Yet his Soundwave is... completely different. For me, it's a toss up between Frank Welker, Isaac C Singletron Jr and Marc Swint. Though Jeff Bennet and Peter Jessop also do cool takes, and I do have a soft spot of Robert O Smith/Garry Chalk's take as well!
Frank Welker's performance in the G1 cartoon will always be my favourite. John Bailey in Bumblebee is the only official version that matched it. I hope they continue to use his version in future movies. Stevie P83 is excellent. He's the only fan voice actor to accurately replicate Soundwave's original voice and should be considered by Hasbro for future projects. Every other version has been lacking.

I'm still amazed by how bad WFC Trilogy's voice is, like half the fan ones are better and less annoying than that. I've also noticed that the best Soundwaves have a voice that rises and falls instead of the modulator continuing at one note.
I’m such a G1’er... I didn’t even realise there were so many Soundwaves out there. And how did Robot Chicken screw it up so badly? they actually had Frank Welker, it just goes to show, it’s not just a matter of having a vocoder set up, you gotta know how to use it.

Frank Welker's Soundwave is my favorite. Also I have nothing against the other the voices. This is just my opinion.
