Whenever my motivation is flagging I watch one of your videos and I’m fired up again. Thank you 😊
love your article in the Forks over Knives magazine. I purchase this every month and your article hits home, people ask me why I eat plant based and I ask themm if they are on any medications, and they always say yes, and then I say - that is why I'm plant based. I don't want any medications that never heal me and would need to get larger "bigger doses" down the road.
Thanks for the recipes. Regarding miso, I’ve learned that in order to get the benefits of miso, we should add it off the heat. Not to actually boil or cook it.
So many great ideas!
Omg so happy I found your Chanel . Super excited to get in
The kitchen ty
Thanks so much for all your videos! I love these lunch ideas and can't wait to try them!
A lot of good ideas. Thanks!
Great video, great recipes! All of your recipes and techniques are go-to for me. Thank you! Love the pdf print option too!
Mahalo for sharing 😊!! You are an inspiration!!
Love this video, thank you for the great ideas. I cannot wait to do the nachos and minestrone soup!! ❤️
Please make more videos for this series! I love them and they’re so helpful! xo 😊
Great video! Just starting this lifestyle. Each recipe looks so doable. I always wondered how to make spring rolls. Going to try them! Thank you!
I am so making that soup!! Looks so yummy. Love the salad too. Thank you so much for posting these.😋
Thank you so much. I look forward to trying these recipes!
I would love recipes for your mango dipping sauce & almond butter sauce!
Brittany, thanks 💕
Congrats on 42+k subscribers 🦋
All these look delicious. I can't wait to try them
I am new to the Daily Dozen and thoroughly enjoy your tips and videos!
I want to make it all!!! Yum! Ty Brittany!!😊🌟👍
If you want to take it to the next level you should try adding the miso after the soup is off the heat and cooled a little as it contains live, active cultures of bacteria. I add some warm broth to it and stir then add that into the soup. And thank you for sharing these fun recipes!
Great ideas Brittany! Thank you!
I love your recipes!
Looks delicious!
Going to break my salad weekday meal with the nachos this weekend. Health all day!
Thank you!
Fantastic ideas. I am often at a loss as to what to eat for lunch, I think because for so many years I ate it out. Thanks so much! I love fresh mint in spring rolls, too.
I'll have to find the brown rice wrappers. Love spring rolls because you can put anything in them, dip them & go! I wish they could be frozen. I'd make a huge batch.
Delicotta squash is another great one to scoop out and stuff. I am planning to use your breakfast sausage for this with the delicotta we are growing in our garden. Top it with cheese sauce and YUM!
Recipes look so good. Thank you.
Liked your breakfast show
Love it yumeeeeeee
Yummy! These recipes look so delicious, I can't wait to try them. I would love to see some other super quick recipe ideas for lunches besides a salad. I enjoy one pretty much every day, but it does get a bit boring sometimes. Thank you!
Amazed at the creativeness of your recipes! Thanks so much!
Thank you
Love the idea of the sweet potato nachos 🍠 I hadn’t ever thought to do that. I eat sweet potatoes a lot during the week. I’ll definitely have to try this👍😁 thank you❤️
If you don't have a very large bowl, use a roasting pan.
I couldn't find your hummus recipe. love the idea of using hummus with the mustard and vinegar for dressing
I was wondering where the beans and pasta were going to come in, since you were calling it a "minestrone". That's a really clever way to portion things out! I've made soups with beans included, before, but sometimes I just want the vegetable base, as a super low-calorie option, so I'll make that and then add the beans, as needed. I think I'm going to make a batch and include some kale, to get my cruciferous veg in, via The Daily Dozen. Thanks for the inspiration!
These look fantastic!!!!! Can’t wait to try them 😊😊
Thank you for the videos!
Wowza!!!! Love love love these Brittany!!❤️❤️❤️❤️thannnk you so much!! When I lose motivation, watching you always revives it- priceless!!!
You are so inspiring ❤ thank you for all your delicious recipes 😋
Thanks. Enjoyed this video,!!!👍🏼🥇💞✅
i have that same induction cooktop
I love the minestrone soup have made it twice and soooooo goood
Dipping sauce recipes would be awesome, thank you!
another great video! You are inspiring :-)
You're teensy! So glad you're doing this vid. Hugs from Texas! I also love Dr. G. 💗💗💗
So short haha - I think people really are surprised when they meet me.
loving teh videos!! Would love to see a sauce video like you said your mango , and asian for rolls and sauces for other recipes!!!
Will do!!
I have attempted spring rolls three times and they always rip. On Friday night I have up and it became a "spring roll salad" 😃! I ended up dumping all of the ingredients in a bowl (with extra julienned spinach) and drizzled my sauce on top. Still yummy! But I'll continue to keep trying. I will not be defeated by a spring roll wrapper! 😅
Do you have recipe for the sauce with the spring rolls??
Great, easy recipes for lunch. I made the minestrone soup. Such an easy and delicious soup. It's just lovely! Makes a great add-on to have with lunch salads. I added 1/2 cup beans, combining black beans, red kidney beans and chickpeas. Such an easy way to get additional beans in your diet. 😋😋
Zucchini boats look really good
I really appreciate you talking about serving sizes for each recipe/meal. It’s so helpful. I felt like you were answering questions as they were popping up in my head. Could you please do a video for the leftover zucchini you scooped out of the zucchini boats? Thanks!!
Maybe add it to Brittany's Eggless Quiche recipe? ua-cam.com/video/ciIsEKS86_Q/v-deo.html
4’11”?? I love you for that!! I am “height challenged as well” 🥰😍
I would love some recipes to take camping!
I love how you also measure out the starches and beans. I also do that!
So key! :)
Would love to see the tofu egg and zucchini recipe as well. I have no idea what to do with tofu but I like it when someone else makes it. Thanks so much for your wonderful recipes and inspiration 💕
I crumble extra firm tofu and season it with taco seasoning to replace meat for tacos, nachos or taco rice. Also crumble it for Korean "beef" with rice, or to add to spaghetti. The family thinks it's close enough since I flavor it just like I would the ground beef in these recipes, the texture is just a little different (softer, less chewy but if I cook it long enough it gets chewier). Hope this helps!
These look delicious! I am going to try them soon. Please tell me what spices are in the "sausage seasonings" in the Stuffed Zucchini Boat Recipe. Thanks!
We actually found a seasoning from amazon that had no added salt called sausage seasoning

Thank you for these dishes
You are welcome!
Yummy recipes! I like to use your sausage recipe on pizza too, game changer!
Whaaat! What a great idea!! Thank you for sharing.
Been loving Spring rolls , with peanut dipping sauce YUM! Do you have any tips for making them ahead and not having them dry out?
Thanks for sharing
I’m also curious about this! Right now I wrap them individually in plastic wrap and store in the fridge and it works great. Same thing I do for sushi rolls. If anyone has a less wasteful idea, I’d love to hear what you do! :)
Your vegetable stock looks amazing. So thick and rich. Do you have a recipe for it or is it a basic recipe that has been reduced to reach that consistency? TIA
What is the name brand of the balsamic vinegar and where can we purchase
I’ve always been one to go light on dressing on a salad. How long does the dressing last in the fridge?
These look wonderfully delicious! I'm getting an induction cooktop and would love to know the pots you use. Thanks.
We found stainless steel ones from homegoods! Just make sure they pass the magnetic test for induction top
Can you post the sausage recipe for the zucchini boats? I can't seem to find it.
What is the brand of your balsamic. ?
did you do 5 dinner recipes
You need a bigger salad bowl xD
I do!
These lunch ideas looked amazing!
I would like to make dishes like you. Next month I am going to make salads... like Dr. Furhman recommends as well as make a green drink in the morning and likely have it as well in the afternoon. I am eating using the circadian rhythm so will not eat after 6 pm or before 6 am... I will likely only eat 2 meals a day. I do fasting... I need to learn and make more recipes and as I grow will be making more of your dishes. How do I find your recipes so I can pick and chose? I will also read Dr. Greger's book within next 2 months. I have it here and want to incorporate his ideas into how I eat. I am also down 70 lbs and have another 25-30 to go. I weigh about 188 lbs and am a male 5'-10" (about a foot taller than you). Blessings!
We have all of our recipes here on UA-cam as well as on our website www.thejaroudifamily.com -- all of our recipes are oil free and SOS free.
Click on the SHOW MORE above & the recipes are there. Cheers!
@@TheJaroudiFamily thank you so much!
@@TheJaroudiFamily Thanks, I am going to learn so many!
Made spring rolls using sliced summer squash, zucchini, red, orange & yellow pepper strips, celery, sliced apple, black beans, marinated tofu (spritzed with liquid amino, nutritional yeast and baked at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, flip once), avocado slices, red cabbage, salad green leafs and shredded red & golden beets. Peanut sauce was made from Brittany's recipe found in the following youtube link. Easy Pad Thai - ua-cam.com/video/i3WvULKK6UE/v-deo.html
I've watched Weight Loss one and two, where's three (five dinner recipes)?
I need to film that one still
do you cook your spring rolls or just eat them raw?
Eat them raw 🥰🥰
Do you eat the whole sweet potato nachos? Or is it for two?
Whole thing for one 🥰
I can’t get onto your site to print recipes...
www.thejaroudifamily.com. - should take you to all our recipes
How do you store your already cooked pasta to add to your soup or other dishes?
I usually make it on the spot when I add them to dishes - they seem to get a bit dried out when storing.
Don’t want to be personal but i notice that the skin on your arms is very firm, despite you having lost so much weight.
I think for a few reasons I was able to have firm skin - I lost 70 pounds over 2 years slowly, I'm at a young age, and I do add in physical activity.
Made stuffed zucchini boats using organic zucchini from our garden. Swapped out the rolled oats for 1/2 red quinoa and 1/2 brown rice. Also added in a 15 oz can of no salt added petite diced tomatoes. Topped of with Brittany's white pizza sauce (Recipe link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWT19YnAO) minus the artichokoe hearts & frozen spinach. DELISH!!!!!!!😋😋
Wait. 😂 we have the same height. 😂
