Elements:
4 eggs
260 grams of sugar (one and a quarter cups)
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
250 ml milk (one cup)
120 ml liquid oil (half a pint)
Confectionery flour 375 grams (two and a half cups)
Baking powder 7 grams (two teaspoons of red)
1 tablespoon light cocoa powder (milky)
1 tablespoon of dark cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of pastry flour
1/4 teaspoon of powdered saffron
2 tablespoons of water
In the oven at 180 degrees Celsius
for 45-50 minutes

1. All cake ingredients have reached room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes.
3. My cake mold is 23 cm in diameter
I used a mixture of oil and flour for the bottom so that the cake does not stick to the mold (you can replace it with oil paper for the bottom).
