Have looked at hundreds of videos over the years and this is without exception the best explanation of how to stay in posture throughout the whole swing. Well done Troy 👏
Well done. The core/trunk rotation concept is so much better than the shoulder rotation. When I turn my breastbone away from target, I don’t really care what my shoulders are doing, since they’re following the trunk.
Great job Troy, I have learned alot from your videos, getting more on plain now to stop slicing was a bit to in to out path recently, it's so easy to do if your trying to fix slice, basically I had to feel like I almost come over top with down swing and bring round right shoulder to square plain up and let gravity do the work rather than trying to power the swing which as you say in this video gets you out of form. 👍
I love your videos. They have helped me tremendously……on the Range. Why is that whenever I’m on the range I’m hitting it so good but when i take my game to the course I’m only hitting it well like 3/10 times. It’s one of the bigger frustrations I have. What should I do? 😩
Mate there is a good chance your just trying to hit the ball to hard on the course, it's a common thing people do and that is one of my mistakes when I hit a bad shot its so easy to do when looking ahead at target trying to max distance especially first or second shot, obviously there are hazards and things to deal with that put pressure on that you don't have at range but I would say try to let the club do the work and play within yourself and hopefully you find more consistency 👍
Thank you, yes there's definitely more pressure on the golf course with obstacles and hazards you don't see on the range. Try and slow your swing down on the course and have only one swing thought for every swing. Cheers
Im gonna say too fast of a takeaway and not having that slight pause at the top or not even finishing the backswing at all is the difference from range to course The old "one two three" drill on the course will help out to hit better shots...slow the takeaway counting from backswing to impact and it should correct a good percentage of bad shots
@@Trailjunkie62 I'm noticing a trend of some PGA Tour professionals slowing their takeaway and backswing these days to ensuring their golf swing gets started right. It's very interesting. Cheers

Thanks Ken, yes that’s a good point

Glad to hear Kevin, keep up the great work!
