It turn out pretty good the way it looks but the taste is not as good (ស្វិត chewy ) compared to in Cambodia. I will try to make it again. Once I got the right method and recipe I will share again. The Khmer way, they said to use lime stone. But for this recipe video,
- Rice Flour - 2 Cups
- Tapioca Starch - 1 Cups
- Water - 3L
- Pandan Flavour - 1 Tbsp
The missing ingredient is Limestone which I have to learn how to use and add it in the recipe. 💕

It is a Cambodian dessert and can be purchased at markets and as street food... The bright color reminded me of lime jello, but it is not... Starts with sticky rice, adding eggs and "fruit sweetness"... It tastes a little like condensed milk, but it is not... It is basically palm sugar, coconut milk, some local ingredients, and salt... There are lots of variations... It can be homemade or street food style, sold in a bowl, bag, or plastic bag... Some say it is a refreshing "dessert" and more like a drink than a dessert...

No you wrong you don’t press to long and you should keep the lord in the stove to keep hot so ezy to press don’t put to much of ice just cold water when you put to much of ice it be come get head not nice you can put ice when you put the sirup
