As for Ilya, I have been on poolside with him for the majority of this season and there is nothing illegitimate about his swimming now. Probably the reason he is not getting disqualified ever!!!

Peaty hasn’t raced much short coarse but would easily beat this guy
He's done 2 ISLs and in the UK you grow up racing SCM, he's done enough, Ilya is better, that's what a WR means. Adam also could be here, he's not...
