  • The Easter Sunday Brunch at Bajan Blue Restaurant, Sandy Lane was an amazing array of gastronomic delights, featuring the finest selections, prepared from the finest ingredients and sourced from around the globe.
    Highlights included the seafood bar, with local Florida Stone crab, King Crab legs, oysters, mussels, gulf shrimp and home-smoked salmon complemented with freshly-made salads. Cured hams, Charcuterie and pates, Sushi cheeses and various appetizers. Classic favourites such as roast ribs of Prime Angus Beef, legs of Colorado lamb, corn-fed chicken and Local Suckling Pig.
    Noah French, our pastry chef and his team prepared an extravagant array of desserts, pastries, chocolates, ice creams, sorbets and some much loved classics such as key lime pie, apple pie, and cheesecake. But the show-stopper would be the edible and simply incredible chocolate display.
