Plasmo: I'm going to do juuuust a little bit modification:
The best part is its never 'just little bit' 😂
heck ya 😂
😆 🤣 😂
or minor
We can improve details! 😀
You know someone has proper talent at their craft when just seeing one picture of a model will already tell it’s theirs. You hit it out of the park once again plasmo!
No talent, Just minor improvements 😉❤
Lots of talent and practice. And a wonderfully modest modeler.

@@idaemonplasmo this is amazing, Mr. Nightshift, where is best road video build of real? I want make my son... a real tank dirama , you are big wonder full mammy thanks.
As a Crew chief/ door gunner on the sister aircraft to the AH-1Z, the UH-1Y (80% the same parts). You absolutely nailed it. I have done literally thousands of hours of maintenance on Cobras and it feels like I’m looking at a photograph of a real one when I watch this video. Well done!
hes a magician right?
Not gonna lie, up until the final shots of you holding it, I thought it was a LOT larger, even though it is 1/72 scale. What amazing detail you added.
I am glad that I managed to show in the picture real scale. Yes, the model is tiny. 👌
Saw LOTS of these (including a crashed one that we had in our hangar...) when I was in Afghanistan. You NAILED it, man...especially how dirty and beat up-looking they are. Flying over there is VERY hard on airframes because of the weather, sand, heat, etc and it really showed. You got it pretty spot on!
Crashed one? Do you have some pictures? It was hard to find a dirty viper, but I found a few crazy dirty ah-1W. Maybe the next project? 🫡
@@idaemonplasmo Yea man. It was smashed...not sure why it crashed but the impact was so hard that one of the pilots' M4 barrels was bent to nearly 90°. They hit HARD...it was pretty crazy. RIP
Didn't get any pics. Not only was it all sensitive in nature/classified, doing so would be disrespectful to the fallen.
I'd still LOVE you to build me an I Osprey! I was kind of "roving IT support" when I was over there and was basically constantly traveling between all three of the southern provinces. A lot was done in C-130 but a LOT was via CH-53 and MV-22. The Osprey was always my favorite. Incredibly dangerous but SO cool and INSANELY powerful. Love them!! 😁
hangar* (= "aircraft garage", hanger = device to hang a coat on)
@@einundsiebenziger5488 Yup. Fixed.
It's amazing how far we've come with kits. It used to be you had to sand off raised rivets then create recessed ones. Now we have to fill in recessed rivets to add raised ones.
The circle is now complete.
Fantastic work. The sanding is impressive, crisp and level. It’s tedious work and there’s no glory in it. When it’s perfect nobody notices. The rivets also look great.
And still, I think I could make it better. :-D I am glad you like it.
This has been a great day, both a plasmo and night shift upload within two hours of each other!
No Words !! i have no words to describe this ....well only one comes close ...................WOW !!!!!!
As always, there's no such thing as 'out of the box' with Plasmo. Another excellent job, truly 'rivetting' 🙂
Haha,as soon i hear the words: I gonna make some changes or Adding a few details from this man,I am for sure he will go almost all the way again. But he outdid himself AGAIN,and as usuall. Fanatastic result at the end. Was a good beginning from the weekend with again a mastclass build from David.
I think Plasmo could take a dog turd and 'make a few small modifications' and end up with a Ferrari. By far the most talented modeler I've ever watched.
It's the size of a real dragonfly! Nice!
this isnt modelling
this is art
Greetings from Brazil!!!
David never fails to amaze with his excruciating attention to detail and master skills. Great video production values too. Thanks.
You truly bring these engineering marvels to life. Amazing work.
I really prefer your 1/72 models. It’s witchcraft how detailed you make them .
He's the goat in plastic models world😱😱😱
Learned some interesting things today:-
Don't by a kit from Dream. Unbelievably and unforgivably wrong.
David is undoubtedly still "The Man".
Those rivet things are brilliant, wish I'd thought of it. Well saved Sir.
You are the master!!!
Your little modifications are huge ones for us humans
Awesome build as always. Removing the negative rivet markings and then painstakingly replacing them with positive ones on a 1/72 model requires next level dedication. Kudos.
Great video David, thank you
Master piece from Master modeller! Stunning build... cheers from Argentina
Awesome as always
Absolutely brilliant, unmatched skills.
You know its a good model when it looks like metal once you finish it!
Those rivets look amazing! Great detail!
Quinta.....no thanks.
I love how you use the lead wires and other modifications, even when a good bit of it won't be seen. Thats the dedication I love in your work!
Oh wow, just as you posted a new video my first airbrush arrived! guess i'll be testing my airbrush out and watching you build that heli
Another wonderful peice, thank you David .
I've been enjoying your channel for quite a long time and have learned a lot. You've inspired me to expand my modeling skills quite a lot. I finally was successful in constructing the metal chain for the Ducati on my 3rd attempt and have taken your examples to improve on weathering and modification skills. Thank you!
Thanks, and good luck with your project. The chain was fun. ❤
@@idaemonplasmo Fun for you, a pain for me. I think next time I'll try the Top Studio working chain.
Dude! Your pretty much a magician! Your models are awesome! Super cool.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
You're* (a magician)
Great result as always! Stay Safe! 👍😊
Outstanding as always!
you truly are a master at work, it came out amazingly well.
As a perfectionist myself I fully support this video. Epic build, the customisations were incredible!
Как приятно самому делать модель и смотреть как кто-то делает модель тоже.
Plasmo certainly has the gift for massive understatement every time he tells you what's coming up in a video. It's like Monet saying, "Today I'm just going to paint a few water lilies," or Jimi Hendrix saying, "I'm going to try a few new things on guitar today."
I was sold on this channel from the moment I saw the thumbnail for this epic build! Nice weathering!
the positive rivets are incredible
Awesome as usual. You're still the MVP (Most Valuable Plasticmancer).
You’re the best, I didn't know what colors to use for this model and you got me out of the problem.
Another beautiful model!
Opět jsi nás překvapil naprostým masakrem ! Muselo to dát šílený práce ale výsledek opravdu stojí za to.
After watching videos like these of Plasmo, I always come to the conclusion that I'll never enter a competition. My models will be forever showcased only on my bookshelves 😆
Never seen the rivets error going that way. Awesome work David. As usual. Thanks
I’m going to make a shirt that’s says “Just a little bit of modification”
Great video by the way always love to you my favorite modeler post a video!!
Another absolutely beautiful piece of art.
your level of detail is unmatched by anyone and it leads to some of the most amazing work Ive ever seen!
Great build and your attention to detail in this scale always blows me away!
Few modellers can take a complicated build like this and break it down so, that an average modeler feels confident enough to tackle a similar build. A testament to your skills, just amazing! 👍
No plasmo model is ever complete without a few “modifications”…..beautiful David. Thank you
This is one of mos craziest scalemodelling video on UA-cam I've ever watch. All the best for You! ;)
props to you for your guts to change clear parts!
Making the lights.....very clever solution!
As always David, your attention to detail and skill are second to none
Thank you , David .
🐺 Loupis Canis .
When you pulled out those rivet sheets was when I realized I need to see the optician!
Another masterpiece! 👏
Gezzzz amazing Plasmo. I just finished building a 'Welcome Home' display for the Vietnam veterans. It's a Helicopter display with every American designed Helicopter that flew in that war. 49 Helicopters are in the display. 18 Hueys from diffrent squadrons? Sure wish I had seen this video earlier. I still brag to customers about you. Take care Master.
Every one of his works is awe inspiring. The attention to details and effort to take it further shows how much he cares about this hobby. I wish more people could enjoy it like he does.
Always pushing the limits, Thank you David.
Outstanding! Love how you deploy non-modeling materials to accomplish your objectives in the build.
I’m always impressed by your attention to detail (replacing every rivet on the model, the exhaust doesn’t look right, I’m going to replace it, this access panel is only on one side got to remove the one on the other side). The results are amazing too!
Love to see a Macross Mecha. Thankyou PLASMO for your work and posts from us who can not seem to find the time for ourselves. Sometimes life just gets in the way. 🍻
rivets took the kit to another level
in 1/72 scale. This is super awesome, David.
I can tell this took a long time. props to you because you have patience, not everyone has it. I was looking for a hobby and decided to build my first Gundam that was the last one I build lol!!
Every Video better than the last one!
I missed a few details , i hope you forgive me ....
My goodness that insane detail . Well done again. A joy to watch your videos
those rivets man...a labor of love...well freaking done!
I would love to see your display cabinet with all your models on show some time, it would be a sight to behold!
From the rivets application, we know that Plasmo is really a man of sheer will and focus.
Stunning work, as always. Thank you for sharing. Your videos are always a master class.
I knew. I know my fellow Czech when I hear one 🤣 You are a menace my friend. You absolutely blowing me away. The models are so cool and I can't imagine the work put into them.
i flipped out at rivets placing and at hand made m114 ogives. Jesus christ man, you are an artist.
Amazing. Such skill and attention to detail
Sei un artista 👏👏👏 complimenti!! Bravissimo
Ciao e saluti dall’Italia
I feel like you would be a world class surgeon with your skill and attention to detail
Beautiful model. This will always be the Cobra to me.
I hope one day to be 1/4 the artist you are my friend
Model looks amazing David, I love all the "little" details you put into every kit you do and the positive rivets look great! 👍👍
Absolutely stunning detailing 👍.
You’re a true master. Incredible work!
Am amazing job as usual. You Sir are extremely talented. Thank you for sharing your tips & tricks to bring these small scale kits to life. Greetings from the USA 🇺🇸
I love the way how you build and improve your modells....besides you, i´m feeling like an absolutely beginner :D
models*
I love helicopter projects - one day to do a Sea Stallion would be amazing
Great job on the realism.
Wow! Such a fabulous build! Those rivets really made a difference.
Another outstanding build. I think you should also build these sorts of kits, in the white, straight out of the box so that the level of modified and enhanced detail can be clearly seen comparing the box model and your enhanced build.
For future helicopter builds, use a heat gun to soften the plastic and droop the rotor blades like they would under their own weight (if they were made of steel).
Dave, another excellent build buddy! My grandson and I watch all of your videos! He has special needs and absolutely loves your videos!! 🙂
Another beautiful job. Out of many YT model channels this is my favorite.
Awesome model build! The Viper, Apache, and A10 are my top three favorite military vehicles.
That was mind blowing. The level of detail you added was amazing!
Should link this vid back to the model company with a note, "you missed a few details..." 🤣🤣🤣
Plasmo you are the best modeller I have ever seen, but if I could add a tiny criticism, and you mentioned it in your video, the big rivets are too big, and once I've seen it I can't unsee it, still better than anything I could even dream about.
Would be terrified to be a kit maker and see PLASMO has chosen one of my kits to build.
But I bet real aircraft really do get changed in details between series or mark number with so many components being replaced or upgraded. And even specific aircraft being unique due to service requirements, damage repair etc.
I have had a few funny talks with a few manufacturers, in a good way.
I usually use more references for the details; if something is questionable, I simply let it be. 😂
Really good work. Like everytime. Thank for the update
Amazing as always sir!!!
