    I started playing this game just recently.
    Thanks to your tutorials with an articulate explanation for this aircraft, I can take off and land without much hassle. Still need to train more till I'm confident enough to join multiplayer.
    Next would be bombing and gunnery with this aircraft, and that'll take sometime too.

    I wish there was a viewer like in the classic IL2 where you can look at all the planes and specs.

    Fantastic work again, these are such great resources! I noticed you got an absolutely deserved special thank you by the devs in the credits 👍 Personally I think these videos should be linked as part of a tutorial section in the actual game.

      Thanks Chuffer, Jason mentioned that would happen a long time ago but I forgot about it. It's very nice of them to do that! I know how to use the Mission Editor and experimented making an interactive training mission in the distant past, but it's a big time sink.

    Question for any of my tailgunner homies out there, does this model have the same gauge cluster for the gunner as the E-2 model?
    I don't own the module sadly so I can't readily check.

    I can't find information on how to properly read that oil guage on the engine.

    Hi Requiem! Chequea la indicación de flaps, el indicador marca en intervalos de 20º, posicionarlo en el 10 significa que tienes 20º de flaps. Sorry I no speak english well...

    "Require right rudder" Then see you sneakily finagle the left engine over the right on run up to help as well.

      I know I definitely prefer using slightly asymmetric throttle on the Ju88 takeoffs, but with this video it might have been due to my G940 throttle which has a bit of a spiking issue now. The left one throttles up smoother than the right and its hard to get matching manifold pressure for the same actual throttle position. I would have to do another few takeoffsand see if it was deliberate or not.

    +RequiemBoS *Thanks for a tutorial on a typical bomber destroyer of the late 1930's.* The U.S./Lockheed P-38 had counter-rotating Allison/GM V-1710's configured so that, with one engine shut down and its propeller feathered, modest rudder into the running engine would be needed. Recommend a P-38 tutorial, as 1C Game Systems has the type playable for _Il-2: Cliffs of Dover_ (European theatre) and _Il-2: 1946_ (potential continuation in Europe or the Pacific).

    Why does my bf110 overheats so much?

    • @mojostevo
      @mojostevo 3 роки тому +3

      Few possibilities: Not opening the oil and radiator flaps enough. (nomimal 12-25% depending on the OAT, combat 50-Full). The duration of time spent in combat power will weigh heavily on engine temp. Zoom and boom giving your engine periods of rest when you extend. If you go over the 1 minute emergency power limit, you will overheat and may cause long-lasting damage that can affect your engine for the remainder of the sortie. This includes inability to recover from overheating. Basically don't overwork the engine. 110's are pretty tough, but like all German planes, they need rest periods during combat.

    How do I change gunners seat position!?

    • @RequiemsACTL
      @RequiemsACTL  5 років тому +1

      Ctrl+C will change to the gunner. If you want to change the defaukt seat position it's the same way you would do it in the pilot's seat and save using F10

      But thank you so much for these videos. Especially the BFM stuff, amazing thanks!
