Mining Geodes in Mexico

In this video the Geode Guys climb down into the Choya geode tunnels in Mexico to show what some of the mining operation looks like. In this video Leo, shows how easy it is to pluck out geodes once you hit the money layer (the pumice). Two Grandsons of the original claim owners (Memo and Hector), act as our tour guides (and lighting crew) in showing what the tunnel operation looks like.
