We also have a community yard sale coming up. I’ve been working on it for a week and I have another week to go. I’m pricing everything for a couple of reasons. I’m not good at pricing on the spot, and I know when I go to yard sales, I don’t like having an armload of items and have to ask about prices. I have so much stuff 🤦🏻‍♀️. Anyway, I don’t know if you mention this in the next video, but I think advertising is huge. I talked to the HOA president and asked what type of advertising we’ll have. He said the newspaper 😳, so I offered to do ads online (he was happy about it). I’ve prepared more for this sale than any other I’ve had, so I’m excited to see how it goes. Thank you for the videos! Very helpful:-)
