New 100% holographic transparent led film ( suitable for sunlight as well )
The 100% clear transparent led film is installed in Europe in Groningen at the university in Holland. We have installed the transparent led film in a HD resolution based on price point of the client and the visibility was needed that people are standing away from the glass around 10 meter. Glimm installed 12 windows of the size of 1m x 2m of each window including the doors were people entrance the university. This new transparent led film is installed with 4 small power supplies and 1 graphic card of nova star and with an internet connection.
The cables we installed had to be 10/10 ( TÜV ) proofed by the university and we had to cut the film exact into the window size of the glass. The cables and power supplies were hidden in a very nice customized made iron box what will have the same colors as the wood of the glass.
We add a transparent acrylic sheets on the back of the transparent film to the glass, so the transparent film is sandwiched between the existing glass and acrylic.
The acrylic layer was for protection so people do not touch the film. The connection between the different windows is done with the internet cable and power cable window by window and all is connected to a media box were we run the videos from.
All is connected by remote so client is capable to change the images real time. The hole system is turn key delivered to the university
by Glimm display .
The unique feature of this 100% transparent film is that it is not visible in the glass, its flexible , light and easy mounting.
